[Resolved] Simplilearn — Requesting refund and withdrawal from course

I am currently enrolled in the Post Graduate Program in Project Management with Simplilearn. I was given a digital key for a course on the PMI (Project Management Institute) website. The digital key did not work so, I contacted them by email on 11/12/21. I was not satisfied with the lack of customer service. The next day I submitted a request for a refund and withdrawal from the course. Simplilearn has refused to grant me a refund and release from the course. Simplilearn has tried charging me for the remaining balance of the course when it is a 6-month course. I called them on 11/19/21 to try and reach a resolution. Simplilearn is still refusing to grant my request. The longer this goes on its having an effect on my anxiety and depression. I just want to put this whole ordeal behind me.
