[Resolved] Simplilearn — Simplilearn is not providing me content after purchasing a bundle worth 32500 rupees. | |||||
Simplilearn — called me 110 times to sign me up for a masters course in pmp and said they would give me discount, if i sign now etc... And bu hook or crook, they got me signed up after i made up the payment. Now, i am told there is a limited access to the course for 365 days only. So, my argument was if i was purchasing the content, it should be available for me offline too or i should be able to download or they should be able to provide me content. They said no, this is the policy that they dont provide content to the customer and is only limited for access for certain time period. So, i said its not a subscription and every online learning company provided the video content to the customer once they have purchased it. Simplilearn team didn't listen and are also not helping me with the refund. So, all in all i feel cheated and misguided. Please contact the company and make sure they provide me the whole courses materials that i have paid for and not to tell me about the limited time period etcc... (How is that even possible)??? When we buy/purchase a basket of apples, do we return it to the retailer if cant finish it after a week? I have been live chatting and calling their support lines... No one is ready to assist. And, more over i am asked to do whatever i want and even go legal etc... I want everyone else to be aware of this situation and i will not stop here if they dont assist me. I would want everyone to be aware of simplilearn tactics. Sep 19, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Still not resolved -- They promised to give unlimited access over the phone. I have not even logged into their courses.. i feel so sick! Simplilearn customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Every course we sell comes with a validity period and would be expired by the end of it in case a participant is unable to finish the course within the said time we always provide extension based on the scenario. Its unfortunate to know about your experience. Simplilearn has never appreciated misselling and disheartening to know your experience. Just that you are not satisfied with the course we always have a refund policy which gives you ample amount of time to go for a refund if in case you are not satisfied with your purchase.
