[Resolved] Simplilearn — Six Sigma Black Belt | |||
I enrolled for this course on 3rd December 2020. I was suggested by the sales person that I can proceed for the Black belt directly before enrolling for SS Green belt. (FALSE PROMISE) I had to join the batch starting from 19th as prior batch was already begun from 27th November. (Sales person promised that the new class will begin from 5th December. (ANOTHER FALSE PROMISE) I re-registered for the session that was supposed to begin from 19th December 19:30 PM IST. The professor taking the session informed me that I need to enroll for the Greenbelt before attending the Black Belt. I have been fooled around completely by these people. I have spend 14000 one shot payment and got nothing. They are not even cancelling my subscription because I was falsely promised at the beginning. I raised a complaint for cancellation on 10th and on 18th again. Still no action has been taken. I only receive an Auto-Generated email stating the policy of cancellation.
