I originally created my profile on Bharat Matrimony website, and somehow my details got hacked into SimplyMarry.com. Without my consent, on SimplyMarry.com, a message was being sent to a person, saying that I and my family were interested in him. Please beware of such websites. One can never trust the authenticity in them. Also, a fault with Bharat Matrimony, as they couldn't keep accounts secure. Below in the picture, you can see how SimplyMarry sent message to some person, like as if I have sent it.

Fake promises made by the Team of Times Assisted Matrimony or simplymarry. agent names are:- anjali, pragati and satya prakash, they gave more than 200% assurance to finalise the Wedding and charged of Rs 10250/- paid in November .Thereafter communication stopped from them. profiles that are send are of no use. till now after one month also didnt get a single profile. if dial there call center number[protected] it says number not in use. There these numbers [protected], [protected] are also of no use as they never ring. I need a solution for same. Is there any management that looks for this matter. please revert back for same.

I paid for service which I never got. I also did mistake of joining their swamvar and paid money . File of bio data was given to me had only tired and retired guys, nothing to match profile we wanted.
They would not refund money, when threatened they offered to refund 5000 after deducting less as administrative charges
Keep a distance from these cheats, they dont have proper bio data. their relation ship manager not available on phone and their e mail bounces. I guess TOI think there is more money in exploiting people as marriage is sensitive issue and lot of money and thinks they are media so no one can do any things

Not at all satisfied with the Relation Manager service - Initially they said all the big thgs but when they had to deliver the service its crap ...Initially when I complained that even after 15-20 days of service I had only received 10-11 profile and neither my relationship magare is reachable. the next day I got 25 profile all ..not matching with the criteria I had set . Just don't ever go for simplymarry

It's really not worth to be paid member on this website... guys pls dont believe in there any . Simplymarry.com is waste of time and money. I m paid member and my tragic story is when they wanted me to become paid member they were kept on following by call and alerts. After that no calls, no match alerts nothing.. over and above when i called them they said i dnt know how to use their website (Dumb people). This people do not have any fresh face nor a good option. I become paid member since year and every time i see the same faces and profile when i first logged in. Please do not use their so called services and this website is not so user friendly too. They dnt know how to talk with people or guide them. Just [censored] off !! I m very disappointed. I really wish one day the'll lose all there rights to run fake website... Ameen

Majority (if not all) of the profiles in the simplymarry.com website are fake. They steals data from other matrimonial websites. Worse yet, they do not remove the profiles that were stolen/created several years ago. They deceitfully change the "Last Login date" of the old profiles to a near-recent date to make the profiles appear real to the prospective customers. You can expect no response from 99% of their matrimonial "profiles"...

Hello,

This is in regard to delete my profile id SMM1509956 which I am not using anymore in simplymarry. Also while doing google my name appears in simply marry which I dont want.
This is the 4th time I am placing request for profile deletion and nothing has been done yet as simply marry.com doesnt delete the id just to show name of people under their belt.

I became a paid member (Order number TM375051) because one Atul called up to say that if I paid, he would be looking into my portfolio and a certain no. of contacts would be shared every week. Since then he has never contacted me and I keep getting the same five profiles that I have rejected.

The call center- Preeti and Sunil both were of no help and told me that payment does not mean that I just sit idle and not do any seraching myself.
This is a fraud on the public.

From my conversation with Mr. Rahul about the wrong committments provided to us by your assisstant Ms. Mansi, the total number of profiles and the other priviledges offered to us in the package were wrong and we were miss guided by her. According to her we weere supposed to receive 150 profiles from a relationship manager which we later came to know is not available in the package we subscribed for. We entrusted in conversations with her because found TOI to be a good platform. We request you to refund us the total amount of Rs 2625/- as soon as possible.to day again i called mr rahul but he was busy and he never returned my call .
plz look in to the matter as soon as possible

I paid money to become member of Simplymarry. I contactd a few profiles and was accepted by some. When I called the numbers provided, the number was switched off and the emails were bouncing back.

When I tried to contact Customer Support, they recognized my number and did not pick up the call. When I called from another number they gave me vague answers. I strongly suspect that they have put fake profiles in order to cheat people. I would like to warn users to beware of this website.

Simply marry is the most hopeless site/service i have ever known in my life... i had taken assisted matrimony service on 17th of August 2013 for my sister. I was suppose to pay 12600 for the service using a discount code (actual price is 18000) but due to sheer negligence of their people a total of 18000 was deducted and the balance amount 5400 is still not refunded. after waiting for 15 days for a call or service from their side i got pissed off and asked for complete refund since they have not given any service. but till now no response. i am planning to go to consumer court ( n m very serious about it). i wish i had read these reviews before. my humble request to each and every person looking for alliance for their daughter/son/brother/sister/or any relative.. please do not ever in any circumstance get fooled by their false promises and plz plz never take any services from them.

I ordered a gold plan with 2 Times of India Metrimonial classified advertisements in Delhi NCR, the person named Vicky Khosla from simplymarry.com agreed. I made the payment (Rs 2100) for the same and have the order receipt for the payment. Now Mr. Vicky Khosla is saying that the advertisement for Delhi/NCR will not be given to you. I have emailed the company to refund me the money and do not activate your plan. I have talked to Arvind in Noida call center and Talked to his supervisor Raj as well. There is no information from there end. I want you to kindly take an action on it and get the issue sorted out.

By the way I am the paid member and my id is 'mumm465666' platinum member.
They took 30 days to upload my photo as it was not uploaded due to site problem.
They dont care for the customer calls. I tried many times to call on their helpline numbers. They keep on long hold for more than 30 mins but never pick the call. same problem is with delhi office calls.
This happened after I paid for membership

I agree with this comment. I think they have made all their subscribers fool and cheated them. I am sure there will be majority of people who have not received the parcels from simplymarry.com. Worst is that in my case, they couldn't even share the POD with me even though they claimed that parcel had been delievred to me. .

Filed a case againts them in consumer court(CC). They did the different kind of annoying thing with me, i won the case from CC and now they have to pay me penalty. Let me know if you require any kind of other help.

A bunch of dishonest, internet thieves are running the simplymarry.com website. It is shocking to see that the website is running for years and so few people are voicing their concerns. The website is stealing money from the customers who are fulled to go for their paid subscriptions. Soon they realize that they are being shown all fake non-existent matrimonial profiles. They are destroying privacy of thousands of people, who are not even aware of their profiles appearing in their websites. Cannot we deserve justice and stop their unethical malpractice?

I register my self on Simplymarry.com as a premium meber of Rs. 3500/- as on 1st aug 2008. but till date I didn't recd. my gift voucher. I already send, many times writen complain by mail on [protected]@simplymarry.com, [protected]@simplymarry.com, Communication on online chat service, and by phone at their delhi office, but all in vain. every time they said that we will short yours problem soon, we will call you back etc. Sir please Help me. Either Give my money back or give me updated gift voucher.
This is a very bad exp. of my life and I will say that they are 420. the are making the money and not providing commeted services to coustomer.
