I purchased a merit sewing machine from CSD Canteen during 2018. It was not working for last 06months. I complaint numerous time but no action has been taken by customer care team of singer India Ltd. Every time they assured to send mechanic to rectify the defects. But no one was visited so far. Really pathetic the service of singer India ltd.

        I purchased the above machine online from amzon invoice no BLR7-483 dt 30.06.21. As I requested for demonstration a demonstrator by name Ranganath was sent & demonstrated. He had neither behaved to our satisfaction nor demonstrated properly. Anyway, based on instruction manual we started using it. It started giving troubles after 3-4 uses either stiches were not coming out properly or the needle got stuck. I raised a complaint to toll free no[protected] to send a technician other than mr Ranganath, complaint no.KA542189 a few days ago and the person online agreed. I also sent an e-mail to customer care without receiving a reply. But till today nobody has been sent. As it is in the warranty period they have failed in their obligations, I now request that either the machine be replaced or taken back with money refunded

          Wrost company ever. I have a washing machine there is a problem little problem .so, i complain in company about my problem. Service mam comes and check it the problem is this that a very small part of machine only get stuck in pipe so it get cured within 2 min.and the service man asks 350 for this and listen the machine already in waranty 3 years more but he ask for visit charge what is this we contact at company they even not attend our calls . Man is shouting very very rudely that he want money money.we have contact to shopkeeper and company later also but company said visit charge is neceesary but i had also compalin once before the same problem happen but before nothing is taken . Which concept you are taking 350rs and really very bad products are of singer i suggest you to not to buy a single product from this company . Very disappointing service and very rudely man

            Sewing machine hand movement problem and stitch problem. Hand movement is not free moving with great difficulty.

                    We purchased the singer kettle cutie 1.5 L few months back and is currently under warranty. There is problem in the automatic on/off switch. we have taken it to the shopkeeper from where we have purchased and they informed to raise complaint online for the resolution.

                      I, purchased Singer 114G Industrial machine on 16/12/2020, from local Singer dealer(Sharma Machine, Chandigarh), after 2 days i got problem in sewing issue like needle & thread broken when we work again & again. they fixed many times with their service team but the problem stills are same, i asked customer care toll free number many time to please do needful but still have no solution.

                        I purching new heater but after 7 /8 days heater blower not working so i complaint singer compny but till date my problen not resolved and not taking any action by compny and no any contact by compny even i contact and complaint many times but every time only given excuse that parts not available when v cheap and easy part are heatup but even compny not any response till date i am very upset with compny behaviur its not gud for compny for this attitute so plz resolved

                                      I had given a complaint regarding my singer maxiwarm qh on 23rdjan 2020. Since then, i have called the customer service repeatedly and the only response is that they will give me a call back the next day, which never happened. Finally they gave me the number of the regional manager, after calling him, he promised that a technician would arrive, this too didnt happen... But the cycle repeated 5 times. 5 days. And finally they gave me the techinician's number and he said he will look into theatter tmrw. Inspite of their 2 year warranty, i have had to go through all this trouble after just barely 1 year o[censored]sage. Horrible.
