Sewing machine model SINGER Talent - 3321 puchased on 14th Aug 2016 from GIP Noida counter. At the time of purchase Mr Shyam Sunder assured us that service would be at par. We registered a complaint on 19th Aug 2016 via no 1002562 & confirmed that itwill be resolved within 72 working hours. Till date NO one has visited NOR picking upour calls. Mr Sunder attitude was worst over phone, he categorically told us I don't care.

I purchased a merit tailor master (089 mdoo) (lpaj no:2975) through csd, secunderabad on 02nd feb 2016. due to not proper stitching issue was raised after one month from the date of purchases. issue was resolved by their technician after 15days from the date of complaint.

Again same issue facing by me, not able to stitch. complaint was given on 2nd july (complaint no:102626) after so many reminder probleam not yet resolved....

I had very bitter experience with the technician of this company (SINGER). I had purchased a cooler with a promise for after sale service. After 9 months there was a fault in this cooler and i went to customer care of this company. Company assigned me a technician who promised to visit me on 23 june 2016 but he didn't came. I harveer singh has done a crime to purchase a food processor make singer.
For the demo of same i called mr. Bhashin about 15 -20 times but till date i did not get the response from mr. Bhashin regarding the demo of the same. Almost one month has been passed after purchase. It is very disgusting to inform you that I have registered a complain about my Singer Sewing Machine model 8280 two times i.e. complain no.66300 dated 24 Dec.2015 which has been closed without resolving the complain. Another complain no. is 73460 dated 10 Feb.2016 but no response is made by company. Meanwhile I talked many times with its toll free number but it became useless.
After purchasing of this machine no complete...

I complain for service in company on 11/1/2016, they replied that complain solved in just week, but after one month it not solved i call in customer care they replied sorry we will solved it next saturday but after one week without solving my complain they closed it by name shailesh patel the technition.
