I am purchased a Merritt sewing machine on February 1st 2014 from Merritt authorised showroom situated at valiyakavala, Vaikom, kottayam in Kerala state for my wife's birth day gift. But above 6000 rupees I got a piece of poor workmanship bad product. i booked a product(sewing machine) o[censored]r company in 1996 in consumer 96 chandigarh .and also paid amount of rs 500 against the same .even after 15 years have passed i have nt received the product and also my money has nt been returned .the receipt no. is 446881 .and it is in the name of sood plywood house ,lakkar bazaar .ludhiana . i would request action as early as possible.
