I had given a complaint regarding my singer maxiwarm qh on 23rdjan 2020. Since then, i have called the customer service repeatedly and the only response is that they will give me a call back the next day, which never happened. Finally they gave me the number of the regional manager, after calling him, he promised that a technician would arrive, this too didnt happen... But the cycle repeated 5 times. 5 days. And finally they gave me the techinician's number and he said he will look into theatter tmrw. Inspite of their 2 year warranty, i have had to go through all this trouble after just barely 1 year o[censored]sage. Horrible. Was this information helpful? |
