Hi, myself Ravi from Bengaluru. I ordered spares of sewing machine on 21st September 2023 and made online payment. I'm not able to track the status of my order. I tried to get it resolved through customer care support. Until now 7th of October contacted and enquired about my order 3 times. Every time I call them, they say that the concerned person from dispatch section will call me back within 24 hours. But till now they are not at all responding. Same customer executive called me to check whether I got a call from their side. I even raised a complaint through email, there is no where they would reply to it my order ID is 351332. I don't know how this website helps in resolving this issues. Hope they my order gets delivered. Was this information helpful? |
