I purchased a merit tailor master (089 mdoo) (lpaj no:2975) through csd, secunderabad on 02nd feb 2016. due to not proper stitching issue was raised after one month from the date of purchases. issue was resolved by their technician after 15days from the date of complaint.

Again same issue facing by me, not able to stitch. complaint was given on 2nd july (complaint no:102626) after so many reminder probleam not yet resolved. even after having warranty card for 2 years their technicians are demanding money. here i am requesting to singer india to replace my tailor master as soon as possible.
