I visited ganga ram hospital in room F40 to Dr sudhir tripathi ( endocrinologists) . But for asking my waiting number, when asking to subordinate staff, irritate him so much that he talk to my mom dad rudely. Date is 27 August 2022 01:00 pm.
If you can do any thing to improve him then do it.

I have been visiting sir Ganga hospital since 10 months and I had this fantastic experience. However, for the last two months I had to visit the ultrasound dept in Room no. 23 and the practice being followed here, had acquainted me to the reality. There's no system of any appointments or first come first serve basis. Everything is left to the discretion of the staff. I reach 08:30 am sharp and most of the times, I'm the first to reach. Still, they make me wait for several hours. If I ask anything they start misbehaving and telling if you have a problem then you can go. What sort of professional staff behaves like this? The staff of this room is highly arrogant and they lack professionalism. Kindly do the needful.

I have been asked to pay 200 rs for the card which is of no use.when doing registration they have asked us to pay for a card on asking the use they told us this is just for you register purpose.the card is of no use when we are already paying for everything they could have our id saved rather than asking for 200 rs and they have forced us to take it.

In this age of digital India, where Leading Hospitals like SGRH are also going digital. We need to be careful about the loop of feedback about the consultations. Without Digitization these feedbacks were mouth to mouth and then people started seeing SGRH as reputed hospital. People across India come to SGRH to seek the opinion because they have heard good words since last so many years. I also heard the feedback from my known in Himachal that in SGRH Doctor listen to the patients disease history and get to the root of the disease. With digitization I find this feedback missing and I feel if any leading body stops improving itself then it looses the chance to be the best. I am sending this email to possibly least unattended and mostly abused email address but I must admit there is a poor feedback mechanism in SGRH in this age of digitzation.

In my recent interaction with Dr Manu Gupta, I observed that doctor is working on his pre-determined mindset. My relative coming from Himachal we opted for the tests/sonography prior to the appointment to save time of stay. While we tried explaining the problem that persistence of the disease is something we want Doctor to help with. While we have been operated 2 time and we are facing the problem since last 14 years persistently. We asked doctor to give us opinion/insight about this disease and possible causes about it re-occurrence based on his experience and expertise. While Doctor Manu Gupta was very clear about his thought process to suggest a CTSCAN and then operation. I think Doctor was thinking, if patient can pay 2000 for his consultancy fee then he can pay for CTSCAN as well and then followed by operation. Is it some kind of AI Bot that does same thing every time? We went all the way from Himachal to Delhi for an expert opinion and are least interested in a robotic opinion which is based on the financial status of the patient. Not listening to what patient is saying and not understanding the history of disease is a serious sign of money hawkers.

I hope SGRH saves its reputation in coming time by having a proper feedback mechanism. If there can a patient login portal for downloading reports etc then why cant there be a feedback section as well.

Hi I have been trying to get my lab report. No one is ready to help me out. I got a rupees 12.5k test done today in the morning and I was told that I can get the report on WhatsApp. No one has given endoscopy number. This test was recommended by Prof Mandhir Kumar and I called up hai assistant who spoke very rudely to me and cut the call while I was talking. I called the customer care the lady was so harsh, she did the same. I have my patient id and episode number as well. If I don’t get a call back and my results, I will require a refund for wasting my time. Such a big hospital and this is how you treat patients. If you don’t process my refund, I’ll personally come to the hospital and make my way to get it.

Went to emergency at 21 November for my brother treatment and there was doctor name as pandey, he refused to attend my brother and made sexiest remarks like that I am woman and should just go out from here and said some derogatory comments for just being woman. He was taking his personal life frustration on professional life. He went to comment on our appreance as well. He is just pathetic human, not apt to be doctor of compassion. He should just go and die as he has zero respect towards woman. H e cant bear that facts that he is pathetic doctor and with zero skills.

I want a discharge but they are holding me forcibly

My sister went to emergency ward in ganga ram hospital bcuz of her pain as she had cyst in gall bladder. My sister was fine after injection and glucose but we were advised by Dr. Tarun Mittal one of doctor in sir ganga ram hospital for urgent operation for same. We decided and enquired with dr. For the expense on which he advised on one of yellow slip called kacha bill that it would be around 80, 000rs. After checking our budget with family we went ahead and had operation on oct5 and they gave us discharge oct7 today and handed over bill of 1, 17, 530rs we were shocked and try to clarify that we were told 80k why its more. Then they had simply mean business diplomatic answer stating thats the procedure. Hospital ask you to do 3 times all test and ultrasound. We had done all test reports prior and did it again on the day of operation and paid for ultrasound and did it few hours before the operation started but tarun mittal has to again do test and charge unnecessarily more than 10k on the name of test and ultrasound. Thats pathetic. I would say cross on blue flag should be done for such creepy money minded hospitals and doctors name. Will be definately taking it to social media and would appreciate if ppl can share their story in comments where they been dealt with such hospitals and doctors like this way. Kindly take action. As this is next level harrassment for patient family

I have been treating me and my family for years in your prestigious hospital Sir Ganga Ram Hospital. I never felt humiliated as today's ( i.e. 25.09.2021) incident by one the receptionists attending at Ultra Sound counter. Actually I was wearing a mask so I was not audible in the same way mam was also wearing mask so I couldn't hear her properly. So I tried to go another side to confirm what she said. You will be surprised to hear her statement she told me " andar hi aa kar baith jao". Nobody would expect such sort of misbehaving from a reputed Hospital like Sir Ganga Ram Hopital. There are so many patients who come from so far they might have some language problem but the way she reacts to them is inappropriate. I know public dealing is difficult but I myself deal with public but like the way she does.

My humble request to you kindly train her in proper manner and I want apology from her side.

The doctor doesn’t know how to speak and treat the patient . I have no clue why such Hosptital keeps shameless doc to work .

I am currently in the hospital. The night shift people are great. But the people who come in in the morning about 8ish( not sure of shift start time), are a horrendous lot. Today I have asked for a wardboy to be sent with a urine pot. That was 48 minutes ago. I rang the bell. They silenced it at their station. That was 12 minutes ago.
Yesterday the senior nurse was hell bent on changing the sheets in spite of my protests( I had just been operated upon and was in considerable pain. Also my shoulders are delicate and can be dislocated quite easily. But she paid no heed and I ultimately ended up with my shoulder dislocated.
This is my fourth operation in this hospital. But I have to say that I am thinking of a different hospital for my next two operations.
If this is the way they are treating a patient who has already spent about 20 lakhs in this hospital, and that too out of pocket and not from some insurance or anything, I am horrified to think about the patients who spend lesser amounts. I didn't feel the need till now but I will certainly be looking at other options for my future operations.

One of the Gynecologist Dr. Of your hospital her name is Dr. Kanika Jain is not treated her petients carefully. I think she got franchise from other path lab. Whenever I visited to the hospital she recommend me to go Karol Bagh path labs to do my test. When I said to her assistant that please white is it down on my OPD card asitt said no. And when I told her I will done my test from hospital onwards she said the other path lab gives us your report fast. Last tym I have done my all reports from SJH Hospital. She shouted at me. These all reports are incorrect.

On 30 March 2021 i made a payment of Rs 1000 in fovour of your hospital for appointment to Dr.S.C Bharija but unfortunately the doctor was on leave.
After that i called your staff and told my grievance and said the payment will get reverse in comming 5 days.
Till date 7 days had gone but my payment has not been reversed yet.
Plz look at the concern and solve it ASAP

Its a very disheartening to complain about the racism i faced today by parking attendant at ganga ram hospital parking.

At 2.09 pm today 1st March 2021 I have visited ganga ram for enquiry regarding my father future appointment with doctor Shankar Acharya.

Racsit comment "Nepali chal bai" was commented by the parking attendant at the place of parking token counter.

Well it seems he commented the above statement just because of my oriental feature which he thought I was from Nepal.
To which I find it very racist and ridiculous as I am tax paying indian citizen who was just targeted with racist comment because of my feature.

I am a domicile of manali himachal pradesh and have been living in delhi from past 15 years.

I have online business in delhi and very proudly state that each money I earned is through correct channel.
I pay tax for every money I earn.

I won't deny that I abused him in anger but at the same time I won't regret for same.

Just want to raise this issue as I feel ganga ram hospital image is on stake as people from all over India and abroad visit ganga ram and no one should be judged for their feature or race in future.

At last I request u to take some serious steps to resolve such issue.
As I live in delhi and can come for same abovr statement.

My daughter Ishita Verma Reg no - 1743004 is admitted in paed ward 1178 H. The resident doctor never visits the patient. My daughter has been admitted many a times in this hospital because of kidney problem. Previously when Dr Deblina was resident doctor she used to come daily in the evening to see the status of the patient and was very prompt in action if something is bothering the patient. But this time resident doctors are very casual. Day before yesterday my daughter had unbearable pain in the night . Inspite of contineously following up with nurse the resident doctor did not come at all. Today also my daughter had severe pain in throat but still the resident doctor has not turned up. It is so unprofessional for such a big hospital as Sir Ganagaram Hospital. The response time is very poor. The resident doctors should respon immediately and if they can not suggest the cure they should immediately speak to Senior doctor. Very much disappointed this time.
