It was pathetic service, being nri i came to dr shah and put my trust and agreed to go for the surgery. I have gone through uneven lip surgery where i have been told that result will appear after an year. Now after an year my lips got worst (Uneven and more scary) and doctors colleague was behaving like i am his slave asking me to wake up in anesthetic condition.
I really recommend never got attracted by the words if it is saying all positive about their experience because you don’t if you are their test.

    On 09/01/2020 at around 3:30 p. M i was entering inside the main gate of old building a gaurd namely parveen yadav stopped me and asked me for a pass and misbehaved with me when i said i donot have a pass. I got aside and started to call my dad and the call was getting disconnect i went to gaurd who misbehaved and asked for his name and started noting down his name in my cellphone and suddenly one of the gaurd who was standing besides started to snatch my cellphone and started pushing me and my friend and just he even hitted me. People come to your hospital for what? For getting treatment or for getting harrassed. And i even have the proof of them in a video made by my friend. I request the authorities to take necessary action against such goons who stand in the name of so called security gaurds else i am going to lodge a criminal complaint against the hospital and the staff.

      I am complaining that there is no protocol of following the time limit. If doctor's time is important so what the patient time is not important. I had booked my number and it shows that the doctor get consulted with you at 3:59 and it's about 8:11 and then also he doesn't consulted with me and then also the managing authority is telling that it will take one hour more.

        I had fixed my appointment with dr rajeev ranjan neurologist.. The time which was given to me was 7:40 and i have reached here but its 9:40 and i have to wait for an hour more... There are many patients who are waiting here but they have to wait for long... There is no instructor who guide us that when we will go... So we can go in order.. I am not satisfied with the employees and management of hospital..

          Unethical Practices adopted by Sir Ganga Ram Hospital .

          I came to Ganga ram hospital for treatment of my wife .The problem was black coloured stool associated with fatigue and giddiness. We were referred to Dr Anil Arora for the above said issue.
          On 14th May’19 we reached gangaram .Endoscopy was done for analysing any abnormalities in upper GI .Upper GI was normal and still two times endoscopy was done for the same part (Till Duodenum). The endoscopy repeatedly may have resulted in wear and tear .After it colonoscopy was done and report was normal. On the same day Dr suggested for capsule endoscopy

          Capsule endoscopy was done to record internal images of the gastrointestinal tract for diagnosis.The capsule travels through GI taking pictures transmitted to recorder.The usual recording time is generally around 12 hrs.The recorder malfunctioned and there was recording for only two hours against the normal recording time of 12 hrs .The Hospital still charges full price even after knowing it.Not only this, the capsule got struck in lower intestine which was revealed after X-ray.Based on 2 hrs recording no abnormalities was there.

          After the fail capsule endoscopy, Dr advised to go for balloon endoscopy for diagnosis .Balloon endoscopy was done on 16 th May’19 . After balloon enteroscopy my wife developed abdominal distention and pain and was unable to pass flatus and faeces.My wife was continuously complaining of extreme pain, doctor was informed about it regularly but taken very casually by them .After 8 hrs from balloon endoscopy doctor performed CT scan . CT scan finding reveals perforation in intestine and referred to GI surgery for further management on 16 May’19 . Surgery was done on 17 May’19 early morning seeing the criticality of the complication resulted due to double balloon.1*1 cm perforation at posterior part of 3rd part of duodenum observed during surgery. The Hospital still charges full price even after knowing it that due to not following protocol and SOP perforation has taken place.

          It was the responsibility of the doctor to access the risk as patient had already gone for endoscopy three times .The doctor failed in double balloon endoscopy.

          The surgeon (Dr. Shailendra Lalwani) did a surgery related job .After surgery our case was with GI surgery group and all medication /instruction was given by them .Inspite of that Dr. Anil Arora & group entered two visit daily in blue sheet of indore patient file (17th may to 30th may) which lead to undue expenditure knowing that this was not their case .There was no instructions from their side but just to make money this unethical practice was adopted by Sir Gangaram hospital/ Dr Arora group .

          We went for getting a simple problem cured and what we get in return - An unwanted Surgery- Mental trauma .

          I hope that you will review my case without any favours and fix the responsibility against the above mentioned failure.
          It is fit case of consumer court and medical negligence.

              My name is Srabani Sarkar and I stay in Ranchi. My experience of dental treatment with SGRH dentist Dr. Anup Razdan is a nightmare for me. I visited him on 2014. I was made a victim o[censored]nethical forced and faulty treatment. Despite me being under SGRH treatment he insisted on doing part of the treatment at his private clinic on the pretext of better and convenient treatment. For his personal gains he took advantage of the fact that I was gullible and not street smart enough to see through his tactics. I have lost three perfect teeth and have had to spend nearly Rs 55, 000/ ( despite zero treatment cost at hospital in Ranchi ) trying to manage my dental health thanks to Dr Anup Razdan. My facial structure has become misshapen. I wrote several emails to SGRH customer care and complained to DCI and DDC with all documents. But no action was taken.

                On 11/04/2019 I came to gangaram Opd in the morning to see a dermatologist.I stood in line for around 2 hours and finally when I got the turn to see Dr Rishi Parashar(MD Dermatology) I told him sir I have rashes on my skin, he asked me to show it on which I said that I have taken its photograph can I show it? He immediately threw my prescription away rudely and called next patient. I was utterly shocked by his rude behaviour. I stood there and told him that I took photo because of your convenience, I can show to you directly also but he didn't listen to me. I have never ever in my life seen such pathetic behaviour from a doctor and that too from a hospital like Yours.He was not only rude to me but the patient before was told by the same doctor that you need mental treatment also just because he asked what can he eat and what not.Although I am very less hopeful that any action would be taken against the doctor I am still writing out of my responsibility. I can be present in person also if required. And I am attaching the blank prescription paper. Imagine the level of irresponsibility from his side that he let me go with a blank prescription with gangaram seal on it. Hoping for a response

                Patients sometimes bring photographs of skin conditions, or show picture taken on mobile phone of affected body part and expect doctor to prescribe medication in a busy OPD.
                Bad quality of picture or wrong angle of picture can cause image distortion and can lead to misdiagnosis.
                Doctors have to take history, inspect, palpate lesions, sometimes take skin scrappings / biopsy to arrive at a diagnosis.
                Treatment was sought on a photograph which was politely declined. But repeatedly insisting to give medicine based on photo's lead to a firm denial which is being projected as 'rude' behavior.
                It will be mutually beneficial if patients cooperate.

                  My mother in law admitted due to chronic abdomen pain. Doctor (Gastroenterologist) has advice for ct-angiography. Post report, dm is saying there is a tumor found in small intestine with size 2-3 cm whereas surgeon is saying size is big aprox 6-7 cm and need to operate asap (Within 2-3 hours). When we said, we have a family doctor let us consult with them their started dealing with unethical behavior. Is money is important to sgrh staff/doctors???

                    My father who is experiencing pancreatic assault and his treatment have attempted by dr. Anil arora. My father, my mom and me came in your hospital on wednesday from ludhiana (Punjab). Because of no room in your hospital, they move us in sir ganga ram kolmet hospital and revealed to us that tomorrow we will organize room for you. On next day at 11pm, they revealed to us that they organize the room in main hospital. Organize the room in main hospital.
                    I completed our all admission process around 12:00 am and present the affirmation charge 25000 rupees simply because we have a tpa case, so i let them know in morning i will do my tpa procedure and compose the embraced. At the season of affirmation, they didn't enlightened us regarding the hdu-3 bed 5. As my mom is experiencing fracture in hip bone because of which she can't walk appropriately and not ready to sit on lower seat for quite a while. When we came to hdu-3, we saw that is the liver icu yet we interest for single room in your hospital because of my mom issue too. They disclosed to us that you have to remain in liver icu and just a single attendent will be remain here as my mom can't sit on that icu seat. Along these lines, we revealed to them that please drop this since we interest for the room not for the bed.
                    When we came at admissions, we converse with dr. Ramya about the issue of the room. She didn't listen to my mom issue else she was extremely discourteous with my mom and father as well. She revealed to us that you need a treatment for this hospital from dr. Anil arora else you need to leave. My mom disclosed to her that mam, we came in this hospital simply because of the treatment then why we leave this. Be that as it may, she didn't tune in to my mom perspective. She told my mom, some superfluous focuses which are not identified with our concern. After, this whole issue, we concluded that we will be return in the kolmet hospital once more. Thus, we apply for cancellation process. She came to us and told my dad and mom, that accompany me, person will be tell you about the process if you want to leave the hospital or if you want to stay so i disclosed to her that mam we will be accompanied you simply sit tight for 2 minutes. But she revealed to me that i am not free for you (Mai aapke liye free nhi hu) thus i revealed to her that mam how you are taking with me (Aap mere sath kese bat kr rhe ho, mere mother a rhe hai) and i revealed to me that listen i am dr. Ramya – i am not free for you, this is your concern so now i won't do nothing (Listen i am dr ramya, mai aapke liye free nhi ho, aap a rhe ho toh thik hai nhi toh ab aapne aap kr lena jo krna hai).

                      चिकित्सा अधिकारी महोदय जी इस दुनिया में इंसानियत खत्म हो चुकी है मेरे बेटे का इलाज आपके अस्पताल मे हुआ जिसका बिल ₹200000 के करीब हुआ मैंने वह रकम चुकाई पर उसके बाद मैं इलाज कराने में असमर्थ था मैंने उन्हें लिखित में एप्लीकेशन भी लिखी कि मुझे जनरल वार्ड में शिफ्ट कर दिया जाए पर मुझे शिफ्ट नहीं किया गया कहा गया कि बेड खाली नहीं है सर इतनी इंसानियत तो होनी चाहिए कि इस इंसान ने इस अस्पताल में इलाज कराने के लिए जहां तक हो सके कीमत चुकाई अब मेरे पास पैसे खत्म हो चुके थे तो इन्होंने उसकी तरफ ध्यान देना ही बंद कर दिया और मुझे कह दिया गया कि जब बेड खाली होगा तो आपको इन्फॉर्म कर दिया जाएगा सर अगर इंसानियत होती तो मुझे उसी वक्त बेड दिया जाता सर मैं एक प्राइवेट कंपनी में फील्ड की जॉब करता हूं मेरी मासिक तनख्वाह ₹15500 है

                        I am patient admitted to med hdu bed no. 4 on march 8th evening. I was shifted here from ganga ram city. Since 1st day i have been complaining regarding ac. Today on 14th problem is resolved. I am using bipap machine since 1st day which is not calibrated it may effect my health as i was in icu in kolmet. Despite complaining machine has not been changed, even asked for certificate. I don't have any tpa and doing job dr's have told me to shift ward 2 days before still in hdu. I can't afford.

                          There was no one to respond at emergency ward at 8:20am. The resident incharge doctor asked me to wait at the dressing room which will open after 9am. Was very rude and insensitive to a patient in pain and who was bleeding. Not a single staff was responsive to address the medical emergency of a aggrieved patient. Is this how hospitals suppose to attend to patients. Is this the protocol and behavior that we should expect at a topmost hospital in the capital, delhi? No wonder there are more death certificates than cured people.

                          Emergency Department of a busy hospital always have casualty which are attended to by the Emergency Doctors and Nurses who are deployed therein.
                          Due to large number of patients a quick survey is done, patients are prioritized and treatment rendered based on the urgency of treatment.

                            Sorry to inform you that i am the attendant of my patient badal mukherjee at bed no.1 3rd hdu when i am using the 2 nd floor washroom on date 03-01-19 so the cleaner saying that dikh nahi raha safai ho rahi and too bad language he using to me and afte some time he telling me that go go out of this washroom this washroom not for your uses. So dear management sir when i paying every bill of the hospital so why i am not take the basic facilities of the hospital.in this hospital every employee or respected doctor's tallk to patient and his attendant very smoothly and behave like a sir but this man (Pradeep) (Cleaner 2nd floor) is abusing me and saying tum jaise to 40 dekhe hai. Can i know that what is the my falut and ward sister say to me go to use 2nd floor washroom so what wrong work done by me. After all this man saying that take my id no and name for doing my complain. Ohh woooo what the hell is this. This clenar is too powerful and it's a loss of respect to me. Please watch on this matter

                              There is no specific timing for Dr. Basu OPD. A person needs to talk to his assistant and she says that he will see patients on the basis of his mood.
                              We were asked to come at 12 noon and waited for 4 hours as his mood was not to see patients from OPD.
                              The doctor and her attendant are least interested to see patients having complications as We have explained that other doctors said that there are only 10% chances of patient's survival. Even though it didn't make any difference.
                              This is kind AD use that please do not visit these type of doctors.

                                The test was referred to me by dr alok aggarwal/ent-unit ii, in response to allergic reaction. The bill for the test was issued by the doctor and it did not have any tin/gst number mentioned on it. On request from doctor for issuance of proper bill with tin/gst number details he completely denied to it. Now i am left with an invalid bill which cannot be presented anywhere for any reimbursement procedures. Request to solve this issue asap. Best would to provide proper bill with tin/gst number mentioned on it.

                                  I am complaining about system of this hospital

                                  I am navratan, my patient is admited in this hospital he is in hdu 3 rd floor of the old building name bajrang lal bagaria

                                  But there is not properly system of sitting and sleeping especially in night for attendent of patients

                                  There are only 7 sofas for sleeping for only 7 attendents aganist 12 beds for 12 patient

                                  So what and where remaining 5 attendents will sleep???...

                                  I am really disappointed with dr. Tinku behaviour towards patients. I took my grandmother for her eyes to this dr. And she behaved impossible with a senior citizen (Grandmother).
                                  She operated my grandmother’s eyes 1 year ago at ganga ram hospital and we have several follow ups with her coz the eye she had operated had no improvements as compared to unoperated eye. Since the operation, my grandmother was not relieved. Whenever my grandmother asks her whats the issue, she replies very rudely that “it is not my job to tell or convince your grandmother”
                                  I especially took another appointment to see her privately at delhi eye centre. I especially called her for appointment before going and still she came late. Then she was so rude in explaing her whatever she is asking. When i told her that she is a senior citizen coz she is facing issues then also she said if you want i can take one more consultation fees to explain. However she already charged us for the service. She says to her very rudely i cant give you time until you pay me separate consulation on each visit. Not only she is money maker but she is a a very arrogant doctor towards her patients and especially i was shocked to see her behaviour towards a senior citizen. I highly jot recommend her and want to highlight this matter for other patients. I even request the higher authorities to take strick actions against this dr. Tinku.                                     People sitting at receipt ms swati doesn’t care about the patient and so rude with patient, no one come by fancy to the hospital and such kind of horrible experience when first day after taking appointment also i could not able to meet the doc because doc was not in hospital and after ms swati promised us that come next day the first appointment will be ours and we have been able to wait for sometime before i could see some 1-2 patient gone to the doc, it was only i started enquiring then they have taken some action and sent us to the doc and since then ms swati started behaving so rude to us which is absolutely ridiculous and not expected this from hospital like gangaram hospital

                                      The hospital ### sucks!! There is no sense of professionalism. They keep charging bill without actually doing anything at all! We were kept in the hospital for 9 days without even knowing what was wrong with us.the doctors came whenever they came like, said nothing and leave. We kept getting medicines that did not even treat the problem.this was my fourth hospital in the last 1 month and been having a terrible experience
