Dear Sir/Madam,
This is Shri Karuna Kanta Deka, From Guwahati, Assam. I undergone a PCNL surgery for removal kidney stones on 6th July. 18 spending around Rs. 2.50 lacs. I was discharged from hospital on 13th July 18 and finally allow me to leave Delhi by my resident doctor Dr. Amrendra Pathak on 16th of July 18 after removal of catherer, bladder wash, TLC examination and prescribing some medicines.
Dr. Pathak also advised me for an USG of KUB at Guwahati after few days.
But, surprisingly, even after 2 months also I did not feel well rather and health conditions deteriorated . Presently, I feel pain while walking. Cannot sit for long time. Can not drive car of Motor bike due to pain in lower belly . Mostly now I am suffering in severe back pain, stomach pain and frequent urination problems etc.
After suffering from above problems only most unfortunately after USG of KUB and Xray it has come to my knowledge that one pipe(?) still there inside my in between kidney and urinary bladder . Moreover, in my left kidney growth o[censored]reterocele evident.
I am attaching herewith all the reports including doctors prescription and discharge certificate etc. and shall be glad if you please advise me what to do in such situation.
Why that pipe did not remove there at ? And why in the prescription or discharge certificate it was not advised to remove that pipe .
THIS IS REALLY CASUAL ATTITUDE TO THE PATIENTS.
Either the concerned doctors will admit their fault or not ?
Should I come to your Hospital once again for removal that pipe spoiling another hard earned money of Rs. 50000.00 to 60, 000.00 .
I have already sent mail to Dr. Amrendra Pathak with attachment o[censored]SG of KUB the reply of which yet to receive.
Please reply immediately.
I trusted on treatment of Ganga Ram Hospital because of which I preferred this hospital. This is not my first visit to your Hospital .
Lastly I would say LIVE and let LIVE.

    I am a diabatic persone. I come to sgrh for my mother surgury. I demand suger free tea but in canteen serving tea with very very very high sugar. After complaint to manager no response say 1000 aadmi roz aate hai kis kis ki sune. I write a complaint in complaint book but this was visitor book.

    Mean in reputed hospital is stange

      I want to admit my daughter disha gupta under dr atul kakar.Dr has adviced to admit urgently but i am sorry to know that there is no any room available under categiri 2, Dr has also request to admission deptt but room is giving only thire relatives I belong to kanpur i have stay from 5 to 7/7/2018 but admission deptt is not giving any room to me due to any approch Please look into the matter and change the staff of admission deptt.In my openion I feel very bad behaviour of admission deptt, my mobile no also submitted for room

      Sir, I lived in Kanpur my daughter is suffering for vomting, in vomtig blood is coming after one or two days, i want to admit my daughter under Dr Atul Kakkar, but room is not available Yesturday i have received a call from admission deptt that she told us a room is available in cat 2, please come or give the date .we have provide the date 14/7/2018 for admission, she confirmed the booking but today i have inquired my booking she told us there is no any booking before reaching the hospital please confirm the room booking Please help us for booking of room other wise my daughter will die

        The hospital staff especially assistants of many doctors demands full OPD fees if any one comes to show reports just after 4 days and if reports are not received within one or two days. No proper notices on fees either in hospital notice boards or in website is given to clarify the system of paying OPD fees and validity to next consultation. Behaviours of many office assistants are rude and they show lot of attitude while replying to patients. Even few assistants remain inside the doctor cabin when the doctor is listening to patients or discussing their health issue. They have no respects to patients and patients privacy. These assistants are not trained to deal with patients and patients care. Also no coordination from many security guards and they behave rudely with patients while they are waiting for treatments or with their wards.No respects to women patients

          My father has been checked in the hospital today morning at 8am and he has been operated for prostrate, we are coming from guwahati for this operation me and my mother has been sitting the whole day in the hospital steel chairs and at night when we got the reclining chairs (Supposed to be for icu patients) and requested the guard to allow us to be sitted on these chairs. The guard denied and very rudely answered that we can't as our patient is in ot. My father was any ways a high risk patient as he is a stroke patient. But i want to understand how does it make a difference when a patient is in daycare or icu for the whole day and night. At least the hospital can do a small favour by allowing the attendants to sit in comfortable chairs so that the attendants can also have piece of mind atleast.. Can't the hospital do this much as well.. What it s this kind of behaviour of the security guard and hospital staff.. We have paid enough money as well.. Why gangaram wants to earn bad name because of these petty issues.

            In this hospital there is trust like every other pvt hospital because supreme court told. Now problem is that they are treating only 5 patient for each department and there is que of 100 patients. So people usually reach there at 6am or even before and counter open at 8am even though there number does not come because 5am already were there. They use to say come here at 4am and when we ask what about those who come at 6am or 7am then they say, they will return like you.

              Please check private hospitals especially sir ganga ram city hospital, pusa road, delhi-110008. The condition of staff working there is awful, nurses are forced to do double duty, continous night duty they are forced to do without giving rest (Off). Nurses in this hospital has to do 8-10 nights without break. They are provided less wages as compared to the work they do. No proper salary is given to them and in the name of security they cut some amount from their salaries for 4 months. There is a voilation of rights of nurses and human rights voilation too.
              I would like to request you kindly take immediate action regarding this exploition and voilation of the human rights of nurses.

                In such a reputed hospital it is shameful that they have no lady staff or proper dress for sigmoidoscopy...
                You have to become complete half nude in front of male doctors and four to five male technitians which arr continuously staring at you...
                . Its such a embarrassing situation that no lady nurse niether proper dress... They give you a temporary cloth but during procedure they remove it fully...

                  My uncle was admitted yesterday at kolmet hospital as dr. Atul arora said. And reffered here from kolmet for colonoscopy test. They haven't took seriously and look after the patient. Instead of performing the test he got move from endoscopy room to other place and a representative of kolmet hospital told me to go back kolmet hospital without even doing the test.

                    I have a very bad experience here. No body is atending here ews category patient.. Varun parkash mobile no [protected] nodal officer is irrosponibel person. He didt allow my mother to shift in the ward as he can do the same. I waited there 10 hrs but nobody cares.. Varun is very rude, arrogant man. Pls take some serious action against him. As il forwaring this compaint to m. O. H also..

                      hospital denied to provide billing details

                      My father is 67 years old and suffering from chronic kidney disease v and had a surgery to make av fistula for dialysis. Hospital invoiced us inr 21463.00 that we paid as insurance i have is not listed in hospital list and i went with claim reimbursement process with insurance company. After claim submission, i got query from insurance for submission of detailed breakup of amount mentioned in hospital invoice.in invoice hospital listed package...

                      Sir,
                      My brother mr rajeev jindal having hospital id 2221835 was admitted in the above hospital with the complaint of loss of consciousness on 28th dec 2017.
                      The attitude and behaviour of staff was pathetic. I want to specifically complain about dr, pk sethi who was so rude to both my father and my brother who was patient that time. I cant express that in words the way he talked and my father and brother felt mentally harassed by such behaviour and want a action against that doctor and the said hospital.

                        I had an appoinement with dr. Sudheer khanna at gangaram hospital. I went to meet him with my husband just now (22nov7). After meeting him, i must say that he is the worst doctor. I paid rs 2000 for the fees. I was in impression that he would be the best doctor as his fees is so high. But after meeting with him i realized that he is mannersless doc. He told nonsence which i cant even write over here. I would be appritate i[censored] tale a serious action against this doc.                           I took an appointment in sgrh with dr jm wadhawan at least 5 days prior, so that i get earliest possible appointment. However upon reaching the doctor’s chambers, i discovered that the appointment sequence wasn’t being followed. Upon complaining to the doctor’s pa he tried to justify by saying that it’s going to take only 10 minutes. My appointment time was 10:15am at serial no -3. Patient at serial no-9 went ahead of me.

                            I was admitted to ganga ram hospital on 24 september 2017 for laproscopy for gall bladder. I got my thyroid checked from ganga ram and tsh result was 12.9 which was shocking as my thyroid was never so high and never experienced any symptoms. I got my thyroid checked from 2 other labs a week later without taking any medicine and my tsh was 3. So much variation in the reports showed that test conducted by ganga ram was wrong!!

                              My father was admitted to the hospital on[protected] under cashless policy. To enable cashless policy, we asked tpa to initiate the process and guidance for the same but unfortunately no help or support was provided from tpa. Rather tpa was not even talking in a polite manner. She was shouting and talking as we if we her begging for something.
                              Yesterday[protected], my father was to be discharged.in morning after conducting all the test, dr piyush ranjan ensure that patient can be discharged. But hospital did not initiate the process untill 6 in the evening saying that they did not received any confirmation from the doctor. At around 4 in the evening doctor confirmed them. After that as well, it took them two hours to initiate the process. Now when it comes for cashless claim, mediassist ask for some more documents from the hospital but there is again no response from the hospital. At the end of the day by around 10:30, we have to discharge our patient by paying the whole
                              Amount of fee. If this is how cashless facility works then why it is considered as
                              Cashless. It want to know the reason for such delay. Why doctor and hospital staff did not communicated and confirmed for the discharge. When hospital delay entire process for doctor approval, dr piyush ranjan sign off saying that it is discharge on patient request. What is the role of tpa : to provide support for claims or to be little humble or to be so arrogant, irresponsible and mean.

                              This entire case is of Kolmet hospital associated with Gangaram hospital
                              Yesterday nurse gave my father a syringe, post that his hand got swelled. We reported that to the nurse, she gave us some sort of tube. No improvement was there and when same is communicated to the nurse she ignored the issue. Today, my father's hand is swelled even more and condition had even worsen. Can the hospital justify such negligence.

                              Today I received a call from the hospital and I was accused for filing a complaint. Yesterday(21-Sep-2017), my father got discharged after paying amount of Rs 52241 (this was suppose to be the cashless treatment). I have received the mail from insurance company that claim got approved by them. On the hand other, staff of hospital called me and said that if in next 5-10 min they don't get the approval mail from the insurance company then they will cancel the claim. Please clear in all the process why my family and I am facing this problems.
                              I want to understand the role of TPA in Sir Gangaram Hospital when she clearly denies to provide any support at the time of admission as well as discharge from the hospital.
                              Gangaram Hospital might be one of the top brand hospitals in Delhi...but it is perhaps the most poorly managed healthcare institution that I have visited till date...doctors are no doubt good...but pathetic patient management in terms of administrative assistance...highly disappointed !!!

                                Sir gangaram ram one of the name and fame; bt my mother mrs parwati wife of m. C nainwal from pooranpur nainwal city haldwani dist nainital was admitted in ur hospital branch colmet on 14 august2017, it's a normal problm of stone in gall bladder;nine days admitted ur hospital after during ur treatment she is dead on 23 august 2017 midnight and i had paid all ur payments as per ur requirements ; bt i'm not satisfied ur doctors team ;i have clll ur ur dr. At midnight ; bt not responce of my cll; i'm very sorrow because my mother is not more and i'm not happy with ur treatment and attitude of staff

                                    In one of the most popular & best hospital of india (Sir ganga ram hospital), all doctors taking their fee in cash. There are no option of other than cash. Secondly there is no transparency in fee amount, doctor fee mentioned no where. What we are doing, in fact we are making our money white to black.
                                    All the doctors have personal bill book. So government should look into this matter.

[protected] se liya muje 7 july ko 8 july ke appointment ka massage aya mani 7 july ko telephone ki fees ke bare mai muje koi reply nahi diya phir mai next day 8 ko dikane gaya tab mujse fees 1500rs mage jabki mai 1000rs hi liker gaya mai badi muskil se idar udar se paise mag kar 3 hour paresan paise collect (mangna)kar ke dikaya phir next time 14 august ka appointment maine [protected] se 11 july ko liya mani apna 1878200 restration bata kar phone par fees puchi muje 1500 rs batai mai 1500rs lekar 14 august ko hospital gaya to mujse 1650 rs mage jabki mere pass only 1500 rs hi the phir maine head doctor ke per pakde kyoki muje dikna jaruri tha tab kari 3 hour ke hath jodkar request ki jab mai dr. Piyus Ranjan ko dika paya isliye apse equest hai ki is terh Misbavah and one month 50%fees increase ke bare legal action le my phone no.[protected]. [protected] hai
