Dr. Anupam sachdeva eating pan or gutka while patient round, very rude with attendant, my patient is suffering from major infection then also he is eating pan or gutaka while roun, don't understand what is happening please we request to upper management to take action, tell him if he is big or great doctor this is good but good human being is more important.

This is to inform you that the general OPD for public in sir gangaram hospital Rajender Nagars office is not open till 8:40 today on 06/07/2017 but the actual time for opening the general OPD timing is 8:00 to 10:00 for that common people are facing too much problems and standing and waiting in long queues with their small child's and old age ones hence request you to kindly look into this matter and order a stick rules for this and kindly chek the reporting time of the staff.

I udit gupta a patient in room 1351 c.. I m not satisfying with d coordination of nurses.. If there is any problem they are coming in 15 min - half an hour..

My gaestrology treatment is going on and today was my ct scan.. They gave me a dye to drink almost 1.5- 2 ltr. At 10 a. M. And they told me to be empty stomach not even water day before yesterday night.. But they are not hearing.. I told her to call the ward boy for shifting to the ct scan while i had drink the dye they had given.. From 10a. M.

I m calling the nurses but they are not coordinating till 1.30 pm they are saying that there is no call from ct scan department and by 2 pm when my brother strictly told them to take me for ct scan.. The ward boy is telling that talk me after 5pm i m not free.. And as you know i drink dye at 10am.. And i went for ct scan for the first time.. And as you know that the ct scan rays are very dangerous..

The ct scan is over and i went up in my alloted room.. But they had called me again for ct scan.. Because the reaction of dye was over as i had taken at 10am and gone for ct scan at 2pm.. I had drink that dye again and then second time i have gone through from that dangerous rays of ct scan machines.. Just because of the nurses held me waiting and waiting by telling me that the ward boy is coming..

Attention management Sir Ganga Ram Hospital Delhi The Pipal Tree in front of multi specialty & nurses hostel auditorium has been dumped with a broom, empty cartons, dust bin & kachra.Its shameful. What d management is doing? It hurts d sentiments of true Hindus. Cleaners responsible for disrespecting d religious tree must be punished for their act of sacrilege.

We are junior doctors.
Unfortunately had a miscarriage and fearing that it might not happen to us again, visited dr ganguly with intentions of getting advice from a senior doctor.
On seeking advice, she snobbed us like silly stupid people.
Instead of showing a sympathetic attitude which should be given to patient, she questioned our identity of being doctors.
We instead of getting consoled, felt harassed and sad.
If this is how you treat a junior doctor who has come with hope and for opinion thinking of a prestigious institution, then we pitty on a common man being treated over there!

This hospital doesnot accept credit/debit card or through net banking or payment bank for payment of doctors amount.They force us to face us to pay via only cash and this happening in the country's capital city DELHI. Are they not the conduit for cashless India concept? How can digital payment
We had cash change issue of Rs 2000/- and the remaining amount was not refunded.

Actually on Friday morning i was in queue of making Registration, when my turn came then Ramesh(Employ) deny to make Registration and there was some time is also available for closed the counter then I request him then he denied and abusing me and said go and complaint me...

then I want to go MS office but now Doctor's team meet me and I discussed them and they help me to make my registration.

But my concern is that Why Ramesh denied to make my registration instead of make others.

kindly make strong action againt him, make sorry to me otherwise i will take more serious action.

My appointment was 9am saying I'll be the first one first of all I waited for 1 n half hour which is a usual practice in this hospital then I was told to fill form which I duly filled with one minor cutting then I was told u dint put the right punctuation mark then I filled again the. I was told u dint write full form of sgrh
This hospital is nothing but a maniac zone I agree the doctors are fabulous but the fight to reach to them is more than a struggle in the midst of this money minded management,
Money is all they need they don't care what and where the patient might be after that . No sense of courtesy no sense of service only rude staff frustrated of their own liabilities . I came all the way from Dubai to this for my doctor . But it was the biggest mistake of my life .
The hospital n staff is a disaster the only good thing is the doctors who r extremely qualified and experienced but the struggle to sustain with the management n billing n the never ending running from one room to the other is not just strenuous but something which is criminal for the patient to deal with . It's Atleast a 5 hour visit every time you wana come for a 15 min doc visit beware choose your options wisely .

We are taking treatment (Ureter stent replacement) from sgrh in every 6 months from last 4 years.
From last 3 years getting room is next to impossible here. Even as per doctor given date we put request for room in advance. There is no visibility of who are getting rooms and how. I can understand a situation once or twice of not getting the room. But that can't be possible that every time in last 3 years i didn't receive a room. There is a big scam going on behind that and admission staff with docs provide the rooms to relatives, knows left behind the needy one.

I was admitted at sir ganga ram city hospital in room no 407 from 26th may 2016 to 31st may 2016 for diverticulosis with diverticulitis under care of dr. Anil kumar arora.

Cect was done on 26th may 2016 for which the hard copy was taken by the hospital for submission to tpa.

I requested the cect department at sir ganga ram city hospital to provide a soft copy of the cect photos/ film in cd or pen drive. I was ready to pay for it. But i was told to my great surprise that neither the cd writer is functional nor is any usb port for pen drive functional.

Please arrange to provide the soft copy of the cect photos/ film for future reference failing which i shall be raising the matter further for necessary action.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I went to the Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in orthopedics department for the treatment of right leg pain. after examine the x-ray he straight advice us for operation. the operation had done on 15th Jan 2016 and the report came on 20th Jan 2016 stating that it was the case of bone TB. After examine this report Dr. Gagan Chadda said he does not have knowledge of TB and refer to medicine department who ( Sr. Doctor, Medicine) advised treatment for MDR TB in case of Normal TB.

It seems that Dr. Gagan Chadda had done operation with intention to snatch money, because after operation he loose his interest in the disease and raised his hands to treat the same.
It cannot be accepted at all that an orthopedics would not have knowledge of bone TB.

Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Rajneesh Jain. I am suffering from fungal infection in & around belly button last 2 years. After found not any satisfaction from anywhere, On 6th Jan, 2016 i have visited Ganga Ram hospital dermatology department F-31 and meet with Dr. Rohit Batra. But he had also not treated me well. I am shocked without hearing any patient's case, how can any doctor can advise. He advised me treatment is not required. Even he shouted on me. I think Dr. Rohit Batra has fake degree or he needs psychic treatment. Also he got afraid to see 4-5 patients waiting outside and supposed to decrease the crowd in just 2 minutes by using word next, next...

Hi Team, I am not sure why I have so many pain in my bones. I went to hospital and meet doctor V.k nijhawan. He is HOD of Ortho. I got very diadisappointed when no body ready to share doctor fee When I call for appointment. I travelled long way from janakpuri. And doctor did not check me properly. Within 2 minutes he gave me prescription with two medicine. And charged me 1500 rs . Whereas I seen he 1000 rs from others. Its very bad that doctors are making there business on there table.when I ask shopkeeper about these medicine. Then they said its just a pain killer. So he is giving me temporary treatment by giving pain killers. I will get my check up done by some other doctor . If there will be any major issue found. I will file a legal case against this doctor. His person second time not confirmed that my deit .Sir I information about to you don't care your staff and attitude talking to General ward patients. This is a complaint against Dr Mamta Dagar. Since last month I am not having proper of 7-8 hours which I always have. Feeling numbness in legs, and due to irregular sleep not able to focus on studies. A doctor is suppose to be empathetic, but shockingly when I told her about it she said its normal. She told me that she is shocked that I could sleep for 8 hours at a stretch and I am having excessive sleeping tendencies. Sleeping for such a long time, she is shocked how can I study. She charged me 800, didn't give me any advice or medicine and wrote 7-8 tests, that means i can't get any cure without the huge lists of tests and I had to listen her unreasonable and irrational comments on sleeping pattern. As per my understanding a well educated person, need not to be a doctor knows that 7-8 hours is a healthy sleep which is must. I would like to submit my complaint against her, and would like to ask that how much sleep is required for an healthy adult. She also told me that she can't sleep for more than 3-4 hours at a stretch, and feels pain in eyes if sleeps more than that. I think this wonderful doctor requires treatment first for her sleeping disorder. A person goes to a Doctor not just to get medicines but to get proper consultation as well. Such irrational treatment with a patient comes well within the preview o[censored]nethical behavior. If she considers her patients as a money making machine, then as a responsible citizen I feel it is my duty to pay your attention towards such irrational and to my mind unethical behavior, as after listening to her comments that I have excessive sleeping tendency, and how can I study if I sleep for 8 hours at a stretch I felt disturbed and cheated. It was a very bad experience, and her behavior deserves proper attention.

We have went to hospital in the morning since 10 am we have given doctor's consultant fee and did what ever they told to us and at the end in evening 5 pm they told to us to come on saturday .all the patient were disappointed we hope you will look for it

Staff is not adhering to timings of gwneral opd. Timings written on general OPD is 7.30 am, but its almost 7.50 no window are open till yet. Srgh staff is also in the line and they are very proudly saying yes it will open at 8am if written so what. I think big hospital like yours should keep check on departments whether they are working on time or not. I hope you will look into the matter and solve this everyday issue.

Dr IC VERMA, SENIOR CONSULTANT IN GENETIC STUDY AND THALESSAMIA IN GANGARAM HOSPITAL IS A HORRIBLE DOCTOR. HE RECENTLY PREPARED AN INCORRECT REPORT OF A COUPLE WHO WERE BOTH THALASSAMIA CARRIERS WHO HAD UNGONE GENETIC TESTING IN GANGRAM HOSPITAL DURING HER PREGNANCY TO RULE OUT WHETHER THE UNBORN CHILD WOULD BE THAL MAJOR, MINOR OR NORMAL CHILD. HIS REPORTS REVEALED THAT THE CHILD WOULD BE THAL MINOR AND THE COUPLE CAN GO AHEAD WITH THE PREGNANCY....

Calling Gangaram Hospital on all the numbers they have published in their website is the most frustrating experience one can have. I tried calling them for 3 days but the phones kept on ringing .. not a soul picked up.

Will the Hospital authorities be kind enough to take care and fix this problem.There could be many patients lke me who must have gone through this.

Please pllease ..fix this at the earliest and restore our faith on this great Institution.
