Whyyyy?
Can I know the reason behind it, please?
Mr . Siddharth

I am very surprised to see your wording Is it a good manner to talk with someone? Without Proof How You can say that he is a A*** vla vla . I know consumer complaints is platform where you can Put your problem but it does not mean that you will abuse someone. If You have some problem with Doctor Just put the problem, if the problem will genuine Doctor will sure rectify it...

Thanks

Organ transplant is one of the most harrowing processes in Sir Gangaram Hospital. Despite all the tall claims of the hospital authorities of being the leaders in liver transplant under Dr AS Soin, the liver transphant co-ordinators are a shame to the insitution. In our case, Ms Jyotsna who is supposed to be a facilitator and consillor refused to even give the necessary forms unless she was satisfied with the 'donor-recepient' relationship. Unacceptable behaviour, questioning the patient and harrasing with questions is part of this job. Everything in the hospital is well, except the condition of the patient.

This is absolutely wrong complaint, it is the duty of a coordinator to ask about relation between the donor and recipient. Because coordinator is the first persons who comes in contact with the family and later on when they come to know about Law of organ transplant, then the family usually blames that no one told about which relatives can donate. so i completely disagree with this complaint. As everyone sitting in the office is doing his/ her duty and this is completely illogical complaint
I totally disagree with the above complaint made. Since patient and there attendant have been dealing a precarious life out of the ailment, they presume that the Hospital or the Transplant Coordinator is self motivated but on the counterpart, it's not self-motivated but rather both-the Hospital and the transplant coordinator is abided by laws under THOA-1994/95 and thus, relevant papers or forms can only be handed over to the patients or the attendant when the Hospital or the Transplant Coordinator is assured that the relationship between the donor and the recipient is in accordance to the law or not. Very often, people come to us with the requisition that though they are going for unrelated (emotionally related) donors, they can prove before the standing committee that they fulfill the relevant requirements as :
    1. Proof of factum of relationship
    2. purpose of donation is out of sentiments & emotions and does not hold any monetary advantages as such.
    3. Family bonding with the recipients etc.
But, this is misleading. None of the recognized institute as SGRH, will be interested into such misleading details or manipulation.

      Gross Negligence in Patient Care

This is to complaint against the medical services offered at Sir Gangaram Hospital. My husband was admitted to the hospital on 23rd April, 2009 (Thursday) when he suffered from severe headache and fits. He had been undergoing the treatment with the Neuro Surgery Dept since Aug, 2004.

Despite of the long association with the doctor and the hospital, I was very dissappointed with the kind of medical services rendered by such...
