Siti Broadband — Broadband plan renewal amount transferred to merchant account but plan not renewed | |||
Hi, On 01/01/2021 I had done online renewal of my broadband plan using Siti broadband online portal myindinet.indinet.co.in and I made the payment and amount got deducted from my bank account and when I checked for invoice, it was not generated and plan didn't renewed and then finally I had to pay 1000 rupees again to my Local cable operator in cash for the renewal of my account. I contacted my bank for the transaction and they have said that transaction was successful and amount is transferred to merchant account and they provide me a transaction id to ask for refund from the merchant as merchant can't hold unaccountable money. I tried to contact the merchant (siti broadband/indinet) via calling but their phone number mentioned in the website is not in use. So, I mailed the merchant for the same and also raised a ticket from their online portal but no reply came from their side. I got to know from many of sites that merchant doesn't hold good reputation for refunding of amount. Please help me for the refund or at least merchant can renew my broadband plan for the next bill cycle as for this month I already paid in cash to my LCO to renew my account.
