This is swapan roychowdhury, a customer of your broadband service, account number - indi[protected], username - “uroy_ppcn”. I have given 4000 /- rupees for installation and security deposit though lco did not given the bill. How much i will get back after disconnect the broadband service.
Here are the worst experiences i should share with you.
1. There is no online payment option, though it's a network business not a grocery shop.
2. The lco recharges the package which is not in you server. So customer can not complain about slow internet speed and had to suffered for a month. Good trick to fool customers.
3. You don't have any control over the arrogant lco, who not only misbehave with customers but does not respond for months and months. Even booking thousands complain tickets does not solve the issues means siti also does not care about this.
4. Since this is very much rural area, most of the customer does not know even how to complain and the lco takes the advantage of situation along with siti.
I want to surrender my broadband connection but i do not know how much money i shall get back. I have written to both indinet and siti networks but they are not answering my emails. If you please advise me what to do and how i will get my money back. Thanks
