Team siti offered me a plan by the name infinite for 1060/- monthly.
The term "infinite" refers to "limitless or endless in space, extent, or size; impossible to measure or calculate"
The plan offered to me was infinite and as per definition, there should be no change in any gbs or reduction in speed as suggested by the dictionary meaning of the word.
This came to my notice when my broadband speed reduced and when contacted customer care, i got to know its because of some capping they have for 150gb.
To my surprise, there is another plan for some 820/- (Inclusive of gst) which offers better. The limit is for 400gb and not for 150gb. Ironically the plan is running for last 2-3 months. If there is any better plan then same should be changed to suit the customer and help him save more but same was never advised and siti has taken 600/- approx. Extra from me and has been giving me a degraded plan.
Now the plan cannot be changed in the mid term or else i will have to bear another 400/- odd loss (For the remaining days left in the current plan) if i plan to get it changed right away.
Total loss in that case would be some 1000/-. The customer is supposed to bear the loss and not the company.
That is just for 1 customer.
Incase you have some 300000 odd customers on this plan then you have already earned 12cr by now by just keeping mum about it and not letting the customer get the benefit. How gross is that?
This should get notified to the higher authorities who think the organization like yours with a good brand name whom people trusted is working on otherwise objectives and vision.
