Siti Broadband — Money gets deducted but my data pack isn't renewed

This is gourab singha roy . I tried to renew my ongoing data pack online. During that process money gets deducted from my account but not received by indinet. And my data pack haven't been updated. All the details of payment is attached with this mail. Please help me get a refund or renew my pack . Help me out.
