Siti Broadband — New broadband connection | |||
This is to bring into your notice that I had registered for a new broadband connection on Feb 11th, 2017 with complete documents and full cash payment.It was told to me that the connection would be installed within 24 hrs. But for 3-4 days there was no communication from Siti's side. Hence, I called SITI broadband helpline myself to know the status. Shockingly, the customer rep were clueless and asked me to register a complaint, and asked me to wait that I would get a call back within 30 mins.Note that there was no callback and I had to to call back thrice .Still there were no callbacks. Today again I called and again I have been given an assurance, but still no callback. The result is that even after 5 days and paying full payment with complete documents, I don't have an internet connection.
