Siti Broadband — No proper service | |||
I have got broadband connection on second week of july but it was not working for few days and called several time to local person to resolve the issue but no one picked phone so immediately i stopped payment because it seems to be fraud. Then it started and in last july it got suspended because siti deposited cheque in bank and they refused to pay because i stopped. Since 12 days i am continuously calling several time daily for collecting money from my home and all the time people mentioned that person will come today, give us today time and that time has passed and crossed all the days, no one came to collect money from me. I wonder even nothing is moving after 10 days and it is harassment to the user. Even one person said on customer care if you pay online then it will start in two hours that also i did but nothing happened and when i cross checked with other person in customer care they said that is wrong and payment need to be done through cheque or cash. I called today their customer care again then mr. Neel picked up the phone and said if your pay for two months online then it will start which i am not going to do. I had discussion with their senior also last week i. E. Mr. Saif, he also assured me to provide services but nothing happened. I called more than 80 times to them. I am disappointed to use this rubbish services and want immediate action on this. Now they have not given services to me for one month but i will be paying and they already have one month extra payment with them. Was this information helpful? | |||
