Siti Broadband — Prepaid broadband services disconnected although money paid

Hi, I am a resident of Sapoorji SUKHOBRISHTI complex, New Town, kolkata- using siti services. They have disconnected my prepaid broadband services although i have paid the money for this month in advance. Customer service is very poor and always provides unreasonable answers upon being asked any question. I am not able to do my office work due to this broadband disconnection. Please take immediate steps to resolve. This is a repeatative issue now with Siti.

Updated by AvijitSengupta86 To update the complaint - My Siti user id is kespls_avijitsengupta. As a customer i am very much in trouble however siti broadband service is least bothered
