Siti Broadband — regarding the service providing and harassment to upgrade network

My user id is devansh_uc and registered phone number is [protected]. From past few days (Exactly 29 th of june 2019), i have been facing trouble in the network connectivity of my broadband. I have tried registering complain. Each time service provider would neglect my problem by telling me to upgrade my network to optical fibre instead of the service which i have been using. Either they should stop providing the services that i use or resolve the issue that i face.
