Siti Broadband — Renew my plan but not showing

I renew my siti broadband connect 60 plan on 30.11.2020 at 12.09 am.My usur id is sarkar_mt.but my renew package is not showing and i am not able to use internet now.what can i do please help me.i recharged 571.12 rupees.
