Hey, I also faced the same issue. Just call the customer care and tell them that you have recharged online. They will ask your phone number to check in their database and tell you to send a separate email mentioning the amount recharged, data plan name, date of recharge and transaction ID. This way they activate your account. So every time you recharge online, you need to call them and send them an email also.
