Rqstd 2 move services on 1st sep sent rent agreement of new address 2 essel group email.
After 24 hours i calld dem for status & till that they didn't forward dat request. Sep 2 at 2:15 pm dey forwarded my request and now time is 3:14 pm sep 3 and still no called me or installed the service.
Customer service is pathetic use only robotic language
