I am not able to access my internet services since 3days and after 3days, they are providing me procedure for troubleshoot which i have already done numerous of times instead of resolving it. Customer care has raised complaint thrice but nobody visited instead i received message that my ticket is resolved. Secondly i run ecommerce business which is impacted hugely due to services not working and all i get is different ticket number everyday with no help and service. I am facing loss financially due to all this. I have never came across this thing before with any network so unable to digest how siti network is sitting quiet on customer problem's and claiming to be best network. I am looking for compensation.
