Sir maine dtd. 03.03.2019 ko March-2019 ke liye Siti app ke through package channel select karke free channels and 20 paid channels ke liye online payment Rs. 350.81/-ki thi. Lekin payment kerne ke Baad bhi dtd. 03/3/2019 to 11/3/2019 tak hamara cable bund Raha tha.

Bahut complaint kerne ke Baad dtd.12/3/2019 ko channel activate kiye the.(copy enclosed).
Lekin aaj dtd.04/04/2019 ko cable phir se bund ker diya he.(hamne cable kewal dtd.12/3/19 se 03/4/2019 tak he dekha he, Lekin cable beech beech me bund raha continue nahi chala) Jabki hamara package 12/4/2019 Tak he (Copy enclosed). Local cable operator se kei Baar complaint ki he Lekin siti cable ko online payment hone ke Karan vo hamari complaint nahi le Raha he.

TV screen par 150:service interruption show ker raha he jiski photo aapki jankari ke liye attached ker dee he. Siti customer care par dtd. 04/4/2019 se lagatar complaint kar rahe he, Lekin Abhi tak Cable start nahi hua he.

Maine jo channel select kiye the uski online payment receipt bhi attach kr di hai. Mujhe 30 days ka pura package nahi Mila he, cable start karay or deactivate date 04/04/2019 to 12/4/2019 tak ka balance return kare .
Please take action immediately.

    It seems from last 2 weeks since 20th March 2019, the sitinetworks.com site seems under maintenance, as soon as one can try to login Subscriber Corner, it show error server under maintenance. Then, how could a user change his/her existing packages and how should I do the payment for pre-selected packages. I don't have time to visit LCO. In this digital era, what is this going on? TRAI also have to look in this matter.

      Mein aslam khan new delhi mein rehta hu or siti cable ka connection use kar raha hu sir meine last Recharge 12 march ko kiya tha but ab ye 3 April ko band ho gya hain bilkul nahi chal raha h 10 siti k customer care no par complaint krwa di hain but kch bhi samadhan nahi nikala hain esa kyu kiya ja raha h mere sath kya aap k pack ki date 20 days ki hoti h k pure month nahi chalege esi sceem hain kya aap ki jo 20 din ka pack chalege us k bad aap ko dubara rechare krwana padega sir mein ek medal class se hu itni incame nahi hain meri jo 20-20 dino mein Recharge krwata rahu. Sir mein bahut paresan hu bache apne show ko dekhne k liye mujhe jine nhi de rahe hain please mein aap se request karta hu k aap kch kare..

        Siticable, poranki provides poor service to the consumers. Doesn't respond to complaints regarding service. They follow their own rules. If questioned, gives a very arrogant response. They give their packages and we have to select from that only. We can't have our choice of channels. And adds that they don't have anyone above them to complain. That's why i am complaining here. I have the call records for proof.

        In the month of february, 2019, i called for package selection from the first week and no one turned out. Atlast on 25th, feb.2019, they came to collect bill. I paid for full package, hd. But i didn't get the service till 1st of march. Yet no response for calls. Again on 10th of march, they came for bill. I was asking for service for the payment in feb, and there comes the arrogant answer that it's for feb, though i didn't have relay in feb. I was upset, thought to disconnect and didn't pay. They stopped the service from 10th, march, not even free channels. As i called on 2nd, april, 2019, they say i have to pay for march free channels. And arrogantly asking 'what are you doing from 10th, march. If you want service, pay the amount for this month + previous month free channels. And it's your husband who selected the channels and who are you to argue all this'. I am the one who called them for connection, the one who pay them. And they say 'who are you?'.

          I'm the customer of siti cable in kolkata.
          I'm not getting the free channels.
          Those channel numbers are 735 (Tv9 telugu) & 739 (Sakshi tv).

          I have given the complaint to our siti cable operator but not getting the proper response from them.
          Go through the provided details and kindly rectify the problem as soon as possible.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I am living in Ramalaingeswara Nagar Krishna lanka Vijayawada. My distributor name is Raghavarao he is operating past 18 years. Every month we are paying amount. But he are not providing bill. we area asking for bill he is saying they will not provide the bill if you agreed this ok otherwise we are not provide the connection.
          Above operator not providing even dd news in Guwahati, forget about other free to air channel after payment of RS 270/month.

            I have an acc set top box in santipur area of guwahati and its been almost more than 2months now most of my channels has gone away .., ... My cable provider has provided my channel list that doesnt include my channels n unwanted channels are there and also package is a bit high amount... Pls inform me how can i select my channels online as per my choice as my cable provider is not allowing me to choose channels of my choice

              I am subscriber of siti cable at kolkata, thakurpukur. My vc no. [protected]. After trai new rule, i have submitted online channel preference in siti cable website and paid online rs 226/- on 09.02.2019 and rs rs 229/- on 13.03.2019. But my lco (Rup cable operator) had intentionally deactived my stb for last three days and asking for offline payment and extra money. Customer care of siti cable is not giving solution. I would request you to kindly do needful so that i can get service for which i have paid.

              Sir i would like to bring to your kind attention tht i have recharged my vc no[protected] on[protected] online. After resuming service for 10 hrs my set box is displaying message 140. Why is it deactivated even after full payment for the month.

                Sir i am a costumer of siti cable network..i select my package and pay the amount on[protected] at 8 pm... My package was started but from[protected] my all channels are gone...no channels are working.. I have called many time costumer care from the morning but they are not fixing my problem..they are telling me to recharge towice... I have recharged my cable tv of 357 on[protected] at 8 pm... I am harrased.. But the service provider is not listing and fixing my problem... Plz help me

                  I am complaining regarding siti cable bangalore yeshwanthpur.

                  1) heavy charges... Misleading advertisement
                  2) no bills provided
                  3) service not given properly
                  4) escalation matrix does not work
                  5) call center's don't work properly
                  6) there is attitude shown by lco to us... You can complain anywhere but we won't be affected

                  I want someone really high to take it up as customer support is usrless
                  My complaint no is 5490140. I logged this complaint on 20/03/2019. But your network and cable operator not solve my complaint.
                  I also paid full year payment to Cable operator.

                    This is sudheer i recharged siti cable channels package on[protected] through your mysiti app, on that day channels came after activated, by the next day on[protected] channels didn't came, it's showing your account is deactived kindly recharge your account (Card no : [protected]-9). When i asked lco he is telling should i told u to rechrage in online, not responding properly. I already give complaint 3 time till now about this issue, they are telling we will solve within 24 hours but not solving, not responding in head office of gudivada also.

                      I'm regret to say that the problem didn't get resolve still.
                      This is very callous response from your staff who handle the communication department.
                      There is no any way except taking the matter to TRAI, I'm going to file a case by 23/03/2019 if in case matter didn't get resolve.
                      Take it on priority basis and address the issue.

                      This people are changing the huge amount more then trai specified and this people activating their channels by own and asking to pay for the specified channels and they did not giving the monthly bills for paid .

                        I am a resident of baidyabati in the hooghly district of west bengal. My local cable operator provides services of siti cable connection. I have selected the packs from the long list provided by them, but i am not getting the channels i have paid for. Mostly the sony channels can't be viewed. They are not paying any heed to my complaints.

                        Ashok nagar siti cable network was very worst .i have given compliant about 10 days still the picture on my tv is not coming.they will at time to collect the money but the picture not coming .it causes my money wasted on this month.very worst by the ashok nagar. Dish network is some much better than this.

                          I have a siti cable connection, when trai announced we see selective channel which i want. I go through trai channel selector and choose the channel. This web page shows the cost after optomized. I print it. When i go to cable operator office with this print, cable operator ignore this print and they are rough behave to me, insist to package system which is cost more than trai web page shows.
                          I want to know how cable operator ignore this print and what action taken siti cable against cable operator. If my problem not to solve i go to complain trai

                            I am a consumer of SITI Cable Network My VC No-[protected], I recharged my first basic pack dated 17/02/2019 and then i recharge a star broadcaster package dated 05/03/2019. After that when end of the basic package I recharge another basic pack dated 18/03/2019 but they stop my star broadcaster package same date of my first basic pack but it should be continue dated 04/04/2019. But according to your law the alacart package or broadcaster package should be continue when basic package recharge and continue But they intentionally stop the package and behave lik mafia and We don't know about cable network. my payment details given below.                               I recharged my siti cable set op box via online on 24-2-19 and then the tv started to show channels but after 20 days it stopped showing cgannels and said account not active even. Though i have made payment, now since 4 days i. Am calling there customer care no. And they arr just saying your problem will be solved... Please help me with such harrasment, i am a middle class guy i. Spent my money carefully, rs 134.20 matters to me.

                                Sir I am Kamal of Patna and writing the complaint as I am facing problems in selection of channels.
                                My subject is that when it is shown clearly that it is on the person what channel he want to see and pay for it then what the hell it is being that if we don't select any pack we have to pay for free channels other than we select the
                                channels.
                                So it's a request that you made clear to cable operator that if we have the right to choose then it should be our selection of channels and their rubbish, foolish, hell type restrictions.

                                  Worse cable experience ever.. This company either should ban or improve their servicers error 200 also make a complain dated 21.03.2019 complain number 5493741 while
                                  If we complaint they said ma'am we resolve your problem within 24 hours.. They are so lazy and slow.. They almost take 7 or more to solve the problem and only if we again and again call them.. As if we don't have any work to do.. also they are not able to transfer their call to his superior for any solution like they are not at all bothered

                                    Worse cable experience ever.. This company either should ban or improve their services it shows channel rest all the days have some or more issues either error 200 or other..
                                    If we complaint they said ma'am we resolve your problem within 24 hours.. They are so lazy and slow.. They almost take 7 or more to solve the problem and only if we again and again call them.. As if we don't have any work to do.. I already filed complain dated...

                                    I have purchased the full pack including all the news chaneels and the star sports channels in march2019, but after showing three days, they have stopped the ndtv news channels and the star sports channels. The siti cable providing this services through chowdhary cable, liluah, howrah (West bengal).
                                    Requested your goodself to see the matter so that they can provide the all channels and also the charges to be adjust for which already the have received.
