    This is a complain regarding siti cable operator here. He is charging money according to his own accord.
    And when refused he is talking rudely and saying he will not provide services if any problems occurs.I also want to know why he is asking Rs 480 when the bill online says 380.He has done same last month too where he took Rs 440 when asked pack of RS 380 .
    He is taken Rs160 already for this month stating he will charge remaining after starting channels. But now he is asking more than prescribed money.
    I'm attaching online bill with the complain.
    Kindly look into it and start my channels.

      i did online payment at 19 fec'2019 & selected alacart channel. i did many complain but siti customer make a fool of customer. i dont know how company run with stupid customer care service. customer care have one answer, plz wait next 24 hours. haha ha ha. today is 9 march. i continue complain from 19 feb. my LCO (HARESH CABLE, SGM NAGAR FARIDABAD) told, please submit again payment. it have no record of my online payment.

      i also mail siti cable nodel officer, many mails to [protected]@siti.esselgroup.com but all make me fool & say NEXT 24 HOURS.

          Is had registered a complaint against our siti cable operator on 27 feb 2019 about the siti cable rudeness and monopoly. But problem remains the same also we are unable to view the free channels also. He told us that whatever he selected we just paid for them. My registered complaint number is 5368919 and my card number is [protected]-1. On their website they were showing as resolved.

          I am resident of 532 first floor gali no.1 bapu park kotla mubarak pur new delhi.I have recharged my siti set top box at 11:00 am today but it is not started till 6:30 pm .The siti cable sevice is very slow please check the problem and start as soon as possible.

            My self sanjoy biswas, ala - curt channel choose and online payment done on today morning (12.45pm) but now 8.35pm still not yet resolved my issues.. Unavailable to watch my choice channels. I have paid 314.82/=. But not activated.
            Most dangerous things is customer care contact number is not valid and latest no not updated in website. Also wb nodal office land no is ok but no body is to care to pickup the same. I have try to contact almost 30-40times.

            Today is almost over, not active hence requesting to return back to one day cable cost to my account.

              I recharged today through online but the activation process is pending from your end. I have paid 208 for my selected channels but the problem resolved not yet. The customer care number that you have provided is not responding. As a customer what shall i do???

                Dd sports channel is not telecasting live cricket match between ind and aus w. E. F 23.02.19 onwards but repeatedly displaying on screen"as per honorable supreme court live telecast of cricket match is not available on this channel"during match. Moreover as per lco fta channels couldn't be opted willingly, refusing money receipt although gst received.
                Siti Cable customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                I have call customer service for my issue regarding 120 error code displayed on my tv screen.When i am calling the cs for regarding my issue they are attending my complaint and misbehaving me.
                We have paid recharge amount for VC No. [protected]. But still channels are not coming. pls look into. Pls contact on my number : [protected]
                I am from westbengal.i would like to inform that in recent broadcasting changes we could not get the free channels like DD sports etc etc...Today ind and Australia match are held but we cant see it...its really dissatisfaction...please kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible
                I am using Siti Cable from 2017, at first Animax Asia used to be broadcasted but from 2018 it stopped airing, kindly please Start airing the channel and work on the same

                  Live telecast of cricket match on dd sports is stopped w. E. F. 23.02.2019 onwards. It displays supreme court order "as per honorable supreme court order live telecast of cricket match is not available on this chanel" during the match. As soon as match is over normal proceedings start. Moreover fta channels couldn't not be opted as per my own interest.

                        मैंने आठ-दस बार सिटी केबल के लोकल ऑफिस (भिवाड़ी, राजस्थान) में भी बात करने की कोशिश की लेकिन वह कहता है कि आपने ऑनलाइन पेमेंट किया तो आप ऑनलाइन वालों से ही केबल को एक्टिवेट कराओ यदि आप को मेरे से एक्टिवेट करना है तो आप को मेरे को पेमेंट करना होगा । वह भी हमारी सुनवाई नहीं कर रहा है

                        मैंने कंजूमर फोर्म मे भी शिकायत की हुई है जिसका कंप्लेंट नंबर निम्न प्रकार है

                        इससे साफ पता चलता है कि सिटी केबल की बहुत ज्यादा है सर्वीस खराब है।

                        अब हमने डिसाइड किया है कि हमें यह केबल कनेक्शन नहीं रखना है अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि हमने जो रिचार्ज कर आए वह पैसा रिफंड किया जाए जो हमारे पास में रिसीवर है उसको वापस करेंगे उसका पैसा में रिफंड किया जाए और जो हमें असुविधा हुई है ओर हमारे समय कि जो हानी हुई है उसके आधार पर सिटी केबल पर उचित कार्रवाई की जाए

                        I have select package of RS.320/- in this package star bharat, star gold, star sports channels are included but cable operator is not providing this channel.

                        I have visited 4 times and request them to provide channels but still I am facing problem.

                        Please help me and resolve my issue.

                              siti cable stopped dd sports free channel

                              As i have rechaged 153 rupees, all free to air channel is coming, but dd sports not coming as dd sports is a free to air. As i asked to cable operator for this, he told it's suprimcourt order to not telecast dd sports while it is on live cricket. I want to know is it a trai guideline or sc order to not telecast dd sports at time of live india matchs?

I observing last 4-5 years that any cricket match in india siti cable stop telecasts on dd sports. Once we r paying for dd sports also. So they r not to suppose stop the live telecasts on

                                I've recharged my siti cable, card no.[protected] on 24 feb 19 vide tx id 20190224111212800110168065758199793 and same has been confirmed by customer care that payment has been received. I've communicated with siti cable customer care several times but still channels are not broadcasting.
                                In view of the above, request resolve my issue at the earliest.
                                Payment slip and and screen shot issue pertains to error in broadcast is hereby enclosed

                                  My cable operator did not give a chance or right to select free channels for my monthly package.
                                  He gave me compalsary 100 free channels, so i have to pay extra 20rs for network capacity fees which i dont want. They threat us & says if you want see television channels, so this is the only option you have.

                                  Please help me in this situation & solve my problems.

                                    I am having 3 acc connections at assam, 1 at guwahati (Lco: d. D. Network) & 2 at nagaon (Lco: nogaon broadcasting center).
                                    I have submitted all required channel list to local lcos both in guwahati as well as in nagaon. Both the lcos has directly refused to accept my alacarte channel list. Instead encouraging me to accept their package else i have to wait for few months to get my desired ala-carte pack.

                                    Whereas trai has clearly mentioned that i can select my own channels if i wish to do so. Then why iam getting this much of problem for selecting alacarte pack?

                                    Few days ago i have contacted siti acc office at guwahati to know whether i opt for online selection & payment. But i have been advised to handover the channel package list to lco instead of going online. And on the other side, lco is not willing to activate my desired pack.

                                    Request you to please let me know what should i do.

                                      I call several times to siti cable network for resetting the password over siti website and mobile app. Actually i forget my siti cable password and try to reset the password with my registered mail id but it's show not found or mail not registered.
                                      I also call to siti network executive regarding that but executive not able to provide the solutions, i already shared the mail regarding that to esselgroup.

                                      I hope you will understand the problem and help me out.
