I have already chosen my channel choices.
Siti cable added additional fta pack pack code 337766 without my permission.
As per trai packs can not be changed for 30 days but siti cable added this new fta pack with pack code 337766 without my consent before 30 days to increase my monthly bill. This has to be removed because they have done this to increase their bill which is illigal.

    Sir,
    I want to draw your attention towards apethetic attitude of siti maurya cable network patna that i selected my channels online for my two tvs on 30/01/19, but after that the service provider withdrew maximum number of channels including my favorite ndtv. I contacted the service provider at patna and headoffice at kolkata but no response received from them. Now their contact numbers are also out of order then i sent emails, but no reply so far. The rates of channels are also high and the service provider not ready to provide us package of channels.
    Kindly look into the matter so that monopoly of siti cable may end

      There is total chaos since 3 days as no pay channels are provided by siti cable network despite the deadline extended to 31st march to choose the channels. There is also only a few fta channels available on this net network.
      We have been calling the service provider but in vain. No response from the operator. Kindly resolve the issue with the siti cable.
      As the deadline has been extended to 31st march, all channels should continue till then. But for last 3 days there is a black out. Number of fta is also limited in this network to choose from. When the local operator is contacted, he is unable to solve the black out issue as he says that its off from main operator.
      Kindly clear out the chaos.

        Sir,

        I already selected my channels on my siti app but still my cable is not working . I paid on 9 February 2019 of 329/- . I call customer care regular but no solution give by customer care and i go to my cable operator yesterday he said you have to pay to me then i ll activated your cable in half hour . I said refund my money he ll not do that also . Everytime just said wait for some time our concern team call me . From last four daysevrytime i call same talking from customer care i mailed also to its mail id and its nodal officer but still no solution . Seriously very bad service of siti cable . Even he didn't refund my money

          I am Nilanjan Mondal, from west bengal, My Local Area Operator ( SITI cable, MSO) give me this form, where 100 FTA channel is mandetory and take additional charge Rs. 20 (for 0-20 channel) or Rs.(20+20) (for 20- 40) channel. I am totally confused, because On TRAI website it has said that, it is not mandatory to select 100 FTA channels.

          Please help me Sir/ Mam. I really need your help, because our cable operator can not tell me properly. On the basis of your Statement, i am going to choose channel and operator.
          Please Help me SIR.

          I also attach my LAO subscriber application form with this.

            Sir,
            I subscribed for channels package on 5.2.2019, by making payments of Rs.250 vide Tr. ID [protected]. Channels were coming but yesterday, on 11.2.2019, suddenly my Channels have been discontinued. LCO is not helping. There seems to be some dispute between MSO &LCO
            Matter has also reported thru mail at alok.[protected]@siti.esselgroup.com. but mo result. I am not able to watch tv for two days.

              Sir, madam
              My siti cable provider hisar cheated me. First, he was not giving me the channel list to choose from. Then after 3 days when he came to take his fees, he said that the fees is same i. E 270rs and i will get all the channels as before (He said it will take a month to adapt so as before i will get all channls. But i didn't get any main channels (For ex sony, colors, star)
              Whenever i call him he say that he will come in 15 minutes but he don't come. Neither owner of siti is paying any heeds to my complaint. Now when i m calling them they are cutting my phone. It's been 5 days. I have been cheated by telling that i will get all the channels. I have also asked them to pay my money back but they r not. I want your intervention in this matter.

                Sir i had submitted my channel selections relevant papers to our service provider: new ray cable vision, 28 lake east 3rd road, santoshpur, kolkata 700075 along with prescribed charges on 23.12.2018. But suddenly since last four days i am not getting some channels viz sony & sony aat, kolars bangla, cnn news, jalsha movies, though i selected and paid. I am facing difficulties. I had repeatedly requested new ray cable vision but they told that siti cable is not arranging. I earnestly request you to kindly look into this matter and provide me those channels immediately since last four days those were not coming. Other channels are coming. Thanking you.                   Sir myself md tajuddin fakahr, i am a customer of siti cables.

                  Sir i contacted siti cable and asked that in rs.130 pack i i want to make my choice of 100 chhanels (25 dd chhanel+ fta *+ paid chhanels) bur they replied that 100 fta chhanel has been decided by them and you can not change in it. Respected sir i like to draw your attention to suggestive packs prepared by trai published on www.trai.gov.in (Trai website) in which they have suggested packs of 100 chhanels like (1] 25 paid +75 fta channel =100 (2) 27 paid +73 fta chhanels= 100 (3) 28 paid +72 fta= 100 (4) 42 paid + 58 fta=100 (5) 13 paid + 87 fta =100

                  In view of above, it is very much clear from above suggestive pack of trai that customer can take 100 chhanels of their own choice (25 dd channels mandatory) either free to air or paid channels with rs. 130 pack
                  However, my cable service provider has refused to take advance request with my choice of 100 chhanels in rs.130 pack. However as stated above trai has already permitted to make choice of own to select fta / paid channels in list of100 chhanels of rs. 130 pack.

                  Requested sir to order siti cavle to allow me to make my choice of channels in rs.130 pack.

                    I have provided list of channels selected by me of rs284/- to siticable noida for my siti cable card number [protected]-1 for dehradun but they are not showing fta channels which i have selected. I sent them many emails but no response. I also phoned them but no progress and no reply. I also contacted to their local cable operator for not showing fta channels but he replied that channels are stopped by them and they will release. I contacted to siticable toll free number and they replied as you have paid the amount to lca in advance rs275/_ for feb 2019 so they will release it. But still i am not able to fta channels. Only some mandatory channels are on and not all. Fta channels selected are not on. Nothing has been done so for.

                      Siti cable charged my 241 rs d after 72 hours cable services not resumed pathetic coustmer services please get my money refunded
                      Everytime i called they said complaints will be resolved in next 24-48 hours but fake comiittment

                      I have recharged my siti set box but its showing u have not subscribed to this channel...while i have...and its not only me who has this problem in my area its about 30 to 40% people who r having this problem...its been 2 days since i have recharged my siti card...its a request plz resolve this problem..

                        This is regarding Siti Set top box pack recharge which i did on 3rd Feb.
                        now even after following up continuously 4days on multiple calls I didn’t get resolution. The worst service which I ever can imagine. Eveytime I call the customer care service I got a Reply that your service will be active in 24 hours but that was just the line which they have been told to repeat to customers when they call to siti support care. After multiple attempts I called on 6th again to check the status but they again said wait for 24 hours to which I’m frustration I said I want to speak to your senior as I cannot accept this recorded lines from you because the same I had been hearing from past few days. He eventually said share your transaction ID which I shared and again I have been told that my issue will resolve in in 24 hours. To my expectation it didn’t. Totally annoyed by siti cable services.I called up yesterdy again multiple times to chase and follow up. I have been told u will receive call from our customer service which I finally received. Nilesh Kumar was the person who called and again repeated the same words that your issue will resolve in 24 hours. Disappointed again Till now no solution. Very frustrated and felt cheated.
                        I have paid the amount still unable to receive the services. Below are my case numbers with siti customer service:

                          excess charging for rs.20/- for more than 20 nos of pay channels

                          Please not that my cable operator - OM Cable transmitting Siti cable transmission is saying that I have to pay Rs.20/- extra for enjoying more than 20nos of pay channel as per the latest revised cable charge as decided by TRAI.

                          For example if I opt for Zee Bangla Value Pack & Star Bangla Value Pack, my calculation is as follws as per the rate fixed by TRAI

                          For 100 free channels - Rs.130/=

                          Sir on 31st jan cable operator came to me and said that i[censored] give me money today your cable will not be disconnected from 1 feb as trai new rule is going to be implemented. Then i gave him 2100 rs 350 per box for 6 boxes. Then today is 3rd feb not all boxes are working. Then i went to lco and they said i can't do anything in that and when i told him why u take me money on 31 jan. Then they started abusing with me. My lco is jyoti cable whose lco id is 716012. I hope the concerned authorities will take action as soon as possible against the lco

                              a) M/s BCCN-Barrackpore Central Cable Network have issued SET TOP BOX (SITI DIGITAL SET TOP BOX) card no [protected].
                              b) I want to subscribe the new package(135+gst) as per TRAI. After my repeated request no action has been registered till date towards the same.
                              c) Now considering the above fact, I request you to kindly look into the same & help as I am suffering financial loss due to no fault of me.
                              d) Please explain why not started the same as per TRAI guidelines.

                                    We have shifted to our new house in dasarahalli bangalore where we have taken siti cable from a service provider nearby. Since we have taken the connection, we're having many technical and service errors. We have complained about this to the provider as well as the main siti cable office. But the problem seems to prolong. Since no action is being take, I had to lodge a complaint online. Since 3 months, I have experienced the worst service from siti cable. Pls see to it that this resolves and try to keep up with the consumer complaints. Looking forward for a good service from now on, unless you want to dissappoint your customers.. Thank you.

                                      I would like to inform to you since 1 Dec.18 to till date I am suffering from SITI Networks LTD Kanpur, and its cable oprators,
                                      regarding migration of set top box from Prakash Communication to M/s KT world vision 1530,

                                      several followup to cable operator and SITI Networks Ltd Kanpur, but my issues has not resolve till date. and every times he says that "हो जायेगा"
                                      but regrate to inform you that no any person has interested resolve the issues.
                                      I my fed up from SITI Networks Ltd's service and behavior.
                                      Humble requested to you kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
