    Not giving all free channels they are blocking telugu news channels like ABN Andhra Jyoyhi and TV5, regularly even after complaining mant times .

      Dear all,

      I am writing to make a complaint of your local agent name Mr. Babun. I am a customer of your company since 10 years, but from
      2020 till now I am very much dissatisfied.

      I am giving payment of Rs. 599.00/- per month (SITI HD Pack) but every week cable connection got disconnection for whole day. Regarding this issue I called my cable operator he always said to [On] [Off] the "set top box" it will automatically get start, but nothing happened, most of the time whole day I [ON] the set top box but cable connection not activate. Error showing " every time. I was very much upset for your local agent Mr. Babun he is unreliable person and every time he will make fake commitment with consumer and most of the time he will not picking up the phone. He also said SITI cable company doing this kind of problem to their all consumers from all the areas.

      He suggested me to leave SITI cable connection soon & choose other service provider otherwise if I continue the services then every month I have to face this problem from him.

      I request to SITI cable company please take serious action against him immediately. This agent name Mr. Babun making harassment to the consumer & also making bad reputation on SITI Cable connection

          My VC number is [protected]. i have been using Trai Channels selector app for last 5 months to add/remove channels and my wallet balance (Trai channel selector) gets deducted daily as per the current no of active channels.
          I had done a recharge of 180 rs on 2nd November, and my plan suddenly expired yesterday(28th Nov) though I still had 20 rs in my wallet (attached screenshot) yesterday. I complained to SITI and they said that i had Rs. 0 balance in my wallet yesterday so they deactivated my connection. When i said i will complain to TRAI, they came up with a new excuse that since i have added extra channels few days back, but my daily deduction was still the same so they expired my validity 4 days before. But from the time I have added the extra channel, the daily deduction has increased as the fees for the new channels were included in it.
          I would request TRAI channel to please provide justice to me as they have stolen my 20rs without even giving me justification about it.

            I'm sahil from sector-9/11, hisar. I've been a customer of siti broadband from 10 months and it's been 6 days since my broadband has stopped working even after i've paid for two months in advance. When i call the local cable operator he asks for ₹220 in the form of maintenance cost to make it run again. So i've been calling siti customer support and they are just giving me assurances that it will work today or in the evening and the technician will visit but in reality no action has been taken as of right now. Worst service provided by any internet service provider.

              Dear Sir, I had Purchased Secondhand Mobile Phone Samsung A51 After Paying Him 16800 Cash From One Guy Sanjay Shah On-14th May 20, His Mobile No-[protected] From Olx Platform, He Had Provided Me Soft Bill Copy On Whatsapp At That Time On purchase, And Promise Me Original Copy Will Be Provided After Lockdown Is Over, Yesterday I Got a Call From Railway police Officer name MR Amol, And We Decided To Meet, they Inform Me Mobile Phone I am Using Was Stolen One. I Handed The Bill Copy N Information They Ask For. They Call me today At Thane Railway Police station, I Visited There N Handover My Phone To One Available Officer Name Vikas Patil. He Was Also Available There On the Previous Day Meet.
              Till Yesterday Seller Was Accepting My Phone call I am Asking Him For Original Bill Copy. Today He Has Put My Phone No At Reject List.

                I am a resident of NIDADAVOLE, Raipeta, Andhra Pradesh, west Godavari district. In our area all the cable operators are charging Rs.260/- but our cable operator is charging Rs.300/- per month. When we are asking bill for payment, he is saying there will not be any bill. He is also saying i[censored] want connection u should pay like this only. So I request u to solve this complaints as soon as possible.

                  I had recharged Siti Cable pack online of rs.293/- on 23/10/2020 at 12:01 am. They gave the package of rs.229/- in which all star channels and zee channels were missing.

                  I had complained telephonically ( complaint no. 6830863, 6832171, 6832993, 6836311) and via mail ( ref id 6832993, 6835298).

                  No action has been taken till now.

No-[protected] they took installation charge for broadband they provided services for several months when they were in a partnership with ikf broadband services after that they changed there partnership to siti cable and the owner of s. R cable network is again demanding installation charges for renewal of the connection they changed their partnership with other company its not my fault as a consumer i have paid the installation charges its their duty to provide proper service my name is amitava naskar, ph.                           I am complaining against s. R cable network, ph. No-[protected], they took installation charge for giving me broadband services of ikf technologies ltd. But soon after a month they changed their partnership with ikf technologies and then switched to siti cable they are again demanding installation charges for providing me new connection they changed their partnership its their matter am not liable to give twice the installation charges i want compensation or the right services as soon as possible my ikf technologies user id is (Amitava_asl)

                            Myself sumit mondal, i'm complaining about the monthly payment as i just saw today on website that my monthly rental is 228.92 but our local operator takes 262 rupees every month! Even the set-top box has my phone number registered but the name is someone i even didn't heard of! He is making fool of alll the coustomer and thefts money from everyone!                                 The worst internet I have seen. I have a 60 Mbps plan and I'm recieveing 5 to 10 mbps max speed from the past one month and I have mailed several times and tried to call but no reply. I would like to register my grievance with consumer forum if my issue is not solved within a day.

                                    I had recharged my cable tv, vide vc number [protected] and subscriber id: 16359400 on 12th july 2020 by payment of 346.45. However no channels came in tv and showed error 140: no account balance. It is continuing since then and by this time already 25 days passed. On trying to complaint in local number [protected], which said number not in service. We have been trying the helpline[protected] but after connection people are not attending to our calls.

                                    In this situation we request you to refund our money and let the cable operator be cautioned for cancellation of license, if they continue their service to customers like this.

                                      We are not getting siti cable connection from last 3 days and called the siti cable office in anandapet and compliant about the issue. Every time they tell that a person will be sent to fix it and no response from them till now. Very bad response and they don’t bother about customers now as the money is paid in advance to them. Please take some action on them so that people don’t face this issue anymore. I had this problem many times...
