I contacted siti cable merchant to install broadband service at my home.in this pandemic time 3 days siti cable people have installed wire at my home then while installing the optical device the autorised person of siti cable mr. Sajjal prividing alliance broadband service at 99/1 narkeldanga main road
Kolkata 700054 demanded for rs 2000 extra while i refused to give the extra amount they stopped the work and took away the optical device and the connection is still not installed

I had applied for city wifi connection, it has been more than one week. I didn't get a connection from local service providers.

Plzz mujhe sue mat kijiye

Kaikalur siti cable operator charging extra 20 rupees for every pack.It is big scam.They are looting total kaikalur people .They are not providing bill receipt also.If govt dont take action they will loot from poor people too.

I am a monthly subscriber of your internet connection and i do not have connectivity from 20/5/2020 and with several request your local service provider vikash singh could not give any service.

There is also always frequent interruption of services in the past. Every time i have to call him.

Why you are providing so poor service to our area whereas in the next locality in betaitala your service is very good.

Please restore the service

I am using siti broadband but their service is stopped working from last 6 days at my location, pin 711103.
Even i called many times to their customer are and nodel officer no one pick ups the calls.
Due to the covid 19 i am working from home and depend on this broadband.
Their website also not providing any complain id where i can track.
Please look into it. They will also not extend those days.

My virtual card[protected] and i would like to request you to state that my cable was not recharged after recharging the amount.in this case i want to back my money in my account. I am a resident of Budge Budge, 24 pgs(south), kol-137, a customer of SITI CABLE, The bengali news channel CN/CALCUTTA NEWS BANGLA is unavailable from yesterday i.e.since 19.5.2020, causing inconvenience and getting NO NEWS . I appeal before you to restore the said channel immediately.

I have recharged my stb on dated 22.04.2020 through online as per instruction of siti networks and it's was activate and my next renewal date was 21.05.2020. Everything was going well before today (17.05.2020).
But today it was deactivated, i have contacted customer care of siti network several times but they have ask to contact cable operator, they also informed that cable connection was deactivated by cable operator.
How cable operator can deactivated my stb befor renewal date,

Or is everything depends on cable operator why online recharge started

Siti cable network is a thief. I had recharged 0n 14 may 2020 through online but today (17.05.2020) siti cable operator cut my cable tv. I had recharged for 1 month but only 3 days running. I have try to contact my nearest cable operator but they doesnt give any response. What the # is going on. My card no.[protected]

I have been trying to get my connection status resolved and you have extremely pathetic customer care service.

I made two payments on 10th and 17th april and was confirmed that my next recharge will b in june - ticket 6568501.

However my cable connection stopped yesterday! I raised another ticket and spoke to customer care and they confirmed that will be activated by 9 am today 6595596. Still no resolution and the customer care i spoke to disconnected my call.

Recharge ke baad bhi 140 ka signal esu hai or LOC bolta hai 1 hour mai ok hoga but 24 hours se jada ho chuka hai pls

Siti digital cable service is terrible. We constantly keep getting several service interruption errors every single day, lasting from a few minutes to several hours. The customer care service is useless. They direct us to a different telephone number and/or apologize for the inconvenience and let us know to expect a call back from them. They often don’t give us a timeframe on the expected call back unless we ask for it; and even after that we never received a callback on certain occasions. When the service does work, not all the channels are working for which we subscribed for. Lastly, during this coronavirus outbreak, we weren’t able to make an online payment through the siti network website. This is just ridiculous during when we were being told to stay home. I recommend anyone planning on signing up for digital cable tv to look at all the available options. We signed up for this service because of convenience since we’re visiting india. Our monthly payment for the service is rs.600+ monthly.

I've made the recharge of Rs. 346.45 on 11Apr 20 against the crad no. [protected]-9 which is not working.

So that, it is requested that refund the amount at the earliest..
