    I've made the TV recharge of Rs 346.45 against user id 8172053 on 11Apr 2020. But TV recharge is not active.
    In view of the above, I requested to transfer the aforesaid amount in my account at the earliest.

      Dear sir,
      Myself laxmi kanta patra. I have made monthly payment on online on 8th april, 2020. Though my due date was 9th april, 2020.

      Yesterday, on 9th april cable connection has become deactivated and till now it is not activated.
      I have sent mail to siti customer care. They replied to contact with lco. But local cable operator said that contact with customer care again. I even called to customer care many times, but it is ringing, none receives the call. Again mailed them, but they didn't reply.

      My stb's details are as follows,
      Vc no - [protected].
      Mobile no - [protected]
      Subscriber name - laxmi kanta patra.
      Stb no - [protected].
      Lco name - patra cable network (Sabrakona

      Please kindly cooperate to reactivate my cable connection in this lockdown situation.

                Hello,
                I am unable to login in the siti cable network which is happening for quite sometime. An error message showing "error! -1005 - system is under maintenance. Please contact your local cable operator." is always being shown whenever i try to login. Thus the change of channel choices that i am to subscribe for this month is getting interrupted.
                By what time can i expect this issue to get resolved?

I have called on toll free, no response. Then i called to lco, he said no recharge shown against your vc no. Kindly complain online. Then, i complain online on app and also through email to [protected]@siti. Esselgroup.com. But still no response. Now what will l do, where do i go to complain. No one is even responding. The receipt is uploaded as well.

                      This is inform you that I am using siti WiFi and broadband, however every 1 hour the connection is disconnected and very slow this connection.

                        Through siti cable app. Amount of rs. 221.64 on 4th april 2020 has been deducted from my account but recharge not done. I have called on toll free, no response. Then i called to lco, he said no recharge shown against your vc no [protected]... Kindly complain online. Then, i complain online on app and also through email to [protected]@siti. Esselgroup.com. But still no response. Now what will l do, where do i go to complain. No one is even responding. The receipt is uploaded as well. You should stop this online recharge portal because your system are not working properly... It making problem to normal peoples

                            I, sri pradip kumar roy of khirpai ward no.-3, p. O. - khirpai, distt. - paschim - medinipur, pin-721232, west bengal is a subcriber of zee bangla, star jalsa (Without hd) & colour bangla along with free channels and use to pay siti cable/kolkata through amit cable/khirpai vide my id no. [protected] @ rs.195/- per month. Amit cable speaks that they are advised by siti cable to charge zee bangla, star jalsa (Without hd)@rs.19/- per month for each channel. But it is noticed from trai website that rate of zee bangla, star jalsa (Without hd)@rs.12/- per month. So total cost should be charged against me rs.{ (12x2)+7/- + 130/-}=161/- + 18%gst = 161+28.98 = rs.189.98 max. Rs.190/-. Hence it is being requested that this type of exploitation is being made since last so many months, no channels are not written on receipt also, only total amount is written. Please look into this matter and take immediate action to stop this type of exploitation.

I recharge star hd package rs 85. But two hd star world premier and star movies select channel not coming my set top box. Last february l complain the siti cable but problem not solve. Second time i recharge star hd package rs 85. But hd star world premier and star movies select channel is not coming. Please find this problem as soon as possible. Please answer.

                                  I am using siti cable for TV and lodged the complaint against Sitinetworks by calling on their toll free number, they had registered my complaints and stats that problem will get resolved in 24 hours but after calling them so many times problem has not resolved even after 5 days.

                                  Problem is with most of the channels, they are not working properly and slipped picture is coming.

                                  Complain was raised for card no -[protected], every time when I am calling Siti Customer care, they are opening new requests while other requests are still in open state. They are assuring we will resolve the issue but it is not getting resolved.
                                  Complain No's for tracking are 6496302, 6498219.6500826.
                                  I am really pissed of calling them again and again, worst experience I am having of any service provider is from Siti Network.

                                    Guntur siticable network is not allowing customers to choose their own channels. They are only provideing predefined channels of their own choice but not the choice of the customer.
                                    Telugu news channels like tv5, abn are not available. Trai says customers can add/delete any channels of their own, but its not the case with siti cable in andhra pradesh especially guntur.
                                    But in the name of trai we are charged rs310 which includes base fees of rs150 for 100 free channels. But we dont have the freedom of adding/deleting channels on our own.
                                    Why is trai not taking any action on siti cable?

                                      My siti digital card no. [protected]-8 on this card not available online payment option and internet login access and other facility stopped by tv cable operator so please provide me online payment option & internet access option access provided immediately.

                                      Error! -1005 - due to pending reconciliation issues between lco’s and customers, access to our website and app has been restricted which will be available once the said issues are resolved. Till such time kindly contact your local cable operator for your queries and payment.
