I have done online cable tv package recharge through siti cable app. Amount of rs. 227.12 has been deducted from my account but recharge not done. I have called on toll free, no response. Then i called to lco, he said no recharge shown against your vc no. Kindly complain online. Then, i complain online on app and also through email to [protected]@siti. Esselgroup.com. But still no response. Now what will l do, where do i go to complain. No one is even responding. The receipt is uploaded as well.

This is inform you that I am using siti WiFi and broadband, however every 1 hour the connection is disconnected and very slow this connection.
Requesting you to please fix the issue.

I, sri pradip kumar roy of khirpai ward no.-3, p. O. - khirpai, distt. - paschim - medinipur, pin-721232, west bengal is a subcriber of zee bangla, star jalsa (Without hd) & colour bangla along with free channels and use to pay siti cable/kolkata through amit cable/khirpai vide my id no. [protected] @ rs.195/- per month. Amit cable speaks that they are advised by siti cable to charge zee bangla, star jalsa (Without hd)@rs.19/- per month for each channel. But it is noticed from trai website that rate of zee bangla, star jalsa (Without hd)@rs.12/- per month. So total cost should be charged against me rs.{ (12x2)+7/- + 130/-}=161/- + 18%gst = 161+28.98 = rs.189.98 max. Rs.190/-. Hence it is being requested that this type of exploitation is being made since last so many months, no channels are not written on receipt also, only total amount is written. Please look into this matter and take immediate action to stop this type of exploitation.

But two hd star world premier and star movies select channel not coming my set top box. Last february l complain the siti cable but problem not solve. Second time i recharge star hd package rs 85. But hd star world premier and star movies select channel is not coming. Please find this problem as soon as possible. Please answer.

Two hd star channel star movies select hd and star world premier hd channels where? Today 29th february. One month later i didn't found of this channel. Please solve my problem of this set top box. I am using siti cable for TV and lodged the complaint against Sitinetworks by calling on their toll free number, they had registered my complaints and stats that problem will get resolved in 24 hours but after calling them so many times problem has not resolved even after 5 days.

Problem is with most of the channels, they are not working properly and slipped picture is coming.

Guntur siticable network is not allowing customers to choose their own channels. They are only provideing predefined channels of their own choice but not the choice of the customer.
Telugu news channels like tv5, abn are not available. Trai says customers can add/delete any channels of their own, but its not the case with siti cable in andhra pradesh especially guntur.
But in the name of trai we are charged rs310 which includes base fees of rs150 for 100 free channels. But we dont have the freedom of adding/deleting channels on our own.
Why is trai not taking any action on siti cable?

Error! -1005 - due to pending reconciliation issues between lco’s and customers, access to our website and app has been restricted which will be available once the said issues are resolved. Till such time kindly contact your local cable operator for your queries and payment.

Hi... Its been 3 weeks now the box is not yet activated.. I have called the local operator and told regarding the same. The guy told that he will come to fix the issue. But still its pending.. I am a new customer and if you treat new customers like this it is very difficult to run the business. Beacuse no one will take the connection if this is the case.. Kindly help to get this resolved

Pathetic and worst internet broadband service in shapoorji pallonji-sukhobrishti housing complex. Their 40mbps speed is actually working as 2 mbps. Rates are very high due to monopoly. We would request jio giga fiber and alliance broadband to do a customer survey and provide service in this housing society which consists of 15, 000 flats and 95% of siti users will move to your services.
Please do a survey and setup your infrastructure asap to save us from this pathetic and sucking broadband service of cheap siti cable service provider.

The payment was taken in advance (Rs 630=300 (For wiring)+330 (Package) on thursday i. E; on 10/01/2020 at almost 8:30 pm, there is no connection/ or not atleast wiring given till today morning. I haven't received any receipt too. They stated that they will be available all the 7 days from 9 30 am. I was calling multiple times yesterday and today wherein the call was not at all answered too. This is not at all fair. Promptly collects money but no proper service. The owner of the shop answers the call and exactly says opposite to what the other person says from the same office. I don't need any siti cable connection. I request to refund the total amount.

For new connection (At shop no.38 brahmanandareddy complex, visalandraroad, vijayawada, andhra pradesh i contacted your local office (Mobile no.[protected] and they instructed me to contact my area executive mr. Hari krishna at[protected], on 4th nov'19 i paid him rs.470/- then he installed setup box. But still pending for activation. Many times i contacted him but no use. I informed this to your local office but no action taken yet.
I communicated this to [protected]@siti. Esselgroup.com but no reply. It's already 1 month i requested for new connection.

Dear Sir,

I am unable to login in the Siti Cable network which is happening for long time from April 2019. An error message showing "Error! -1006 - This link is down due to maintenance... Please contact your local cable operator." always being shown whenever i try to login and their are no notification for how many days it should be going on, even I try to call customer care number not resolved the problem. its a simple harassment to the customer. So. I can not choose any channels by myself and pay through online.

Pls solve the problem.

From 3 november 2019 cable signal is not coming and we continuesly follow up with cable operator as well as as siti cable customer care. But none of them gave us satisfactory result even cable operater switch off his mobile after my 1 call.. From last 2 days and till time signal is not coming after lots of request and communication. Due to interruption in cable connection my family members and kids facing uncomfortable very badly. I m trying to call service provider but he is not responding since 2 days! Help

This is bhargav i am from gachibowli h. No:- 1-57/42 i have been using your siti-network. There is problem from last week and i am calling to gachibowli operator and they are not responding to me past 7 days.

We are subscribed to siti cable in our area as there is no option also. Our cable operator collects payment much in advance from us as well as from our neighbors and other local subscribers. To the shock and surprise to one and all, our tv connection gets disconnected showing non-payment, as the reason. When we contact the concerned person he says you would get tomorrow, same reply next day and after that he does not respond to our calls. When contacted in person, he says some signal problem or technical problem is there and company is attending to it, after 3 or 5 days we get it without any guarantee on uninterrupted service. This is our monthly experience since we have subscribed as per new trai guidelines.

Told me i gave you the slip of after some time. But his not came to give the

But none of them gave us satisfactory result even cable operater switch off his mobile after my 1 call.. From last 2 weeks and till time signal is not coming after lots of request and communication. Due to interruption in cable connection my family members and kids facing uncomfortable very badly. Siti cable card number[protected] complaint register on[protected] now look in to the matter asap and impose some heavy financial penality so that they come to know how we feel when they charges us for late fees and cut the connection even just 1 day delay in payment and here we suffer from two weeks and no 1 can bother.
