Hi... Its been 3 weeks now the box is not yet activated.. I have called the local operator and told regarding the same. The guy told that he will come to fix the issue. But still its pending.. I am a new customer and if you treat new customers like this it is very difficult to run the business. Beacuse no one will take the connection if this is the case.. Kindly help to get this resolved

    Pathetic and worst internet broadband service in shapoorji pallonji-sukhobrishti housing complex. Their 40mbps speed is actually working as 2 mbps. Rates are very high due to monopoly. We would request jio giga fiber and alliance broadband to do a customer survey and provide service in this housing society which consists of 15, 000 flats and 95% of siti users will move to your services.
    Please do a survey and setup your infrastructure asap to save us from this pathetic and sucking broadband service of cheap siti cable service provider.

      The payment was taken in advance (Rs 630=300 (For wiring)+330 (Package) on thursday i. E; on 10/01/2020 at almost 8:30 pm, there is no connection/ or not atleast wiring given till today morning. I haven't received any receipt too. They stated that they will be available all the 7 days from 9 30 am. I was calling multiple times yesterday and today wherein the call was not at all answered too. This is not at all fair. Promptly collects money but no proper service. The owner of the shop answers the call and exactly says opposite to what the other person says from the same office. I don't need any siti cable connection. I request to refund the total amount.

        For new connection (At shop no.38 brahmanandareddy complex, visalandraroad, vijayawada, andhra pradesh i contacted your local office (Mobile no.[protected] and they instructed me to contact my area executive mr. Hari krishna at[protected], on 4th nov'19 i paid him rs.470/- then he installed setup box. But still pending for activation. Many times i contacted him but no use. I informed this to your local office but no action taken yet.
        I communicated this to [protected]@siti. Esselgroup.com but no reply. It's already 1 month i requested for new connection.

        I, Shibani Dutta, VC no :[protected] from Tehatta, Nadia, West Bengal have a complain regarding cable operator. We recharge before time. But they do not do their duty on time. When we go to them to ask about it they do very rough behaviour to us.

          Dear Sir,

          I am unable to login in the Siti Cable network which is happening for long time from April 2019. An error message showing "Error! -1006 - This link is down due to maintenance... Please contact your local cable operator." always being shown whenever i try to login and their are no notification for how many days it should be going on, even I try to call customer care number not resolved the problem. its a simple harassment to the customer. So. I can not choose any channels by myself and pay through online.

          Pls solve the problem.

            From 3 november 2019 cable signal is not coming and we continuesly follow up with cable operator as well as as siti cable customer care. But none of them gave us satisfactory result even cable operater switch off his mobile after my 1 call.. From last 2 days and till time signal is not coming after lots of request and communication. Due to interruption in cable connection my family members and kids facing uncomfortable very badly. I m trying to call service provider but he is not responding since 2 days! Help

              This is bhargav i am from gachibowli h. No:- 1-57/42 i have been using your siti-network. There is problem from last week and i am calling to gachibowli operator and they are not responding to me past 7 days.

              I am submitting the bill every month but the operator is not give me any receipt.The local operator says there is no receipt.I called the city cable helpline number and they say the local operator said it was okay. And the local operator says there are no bills to deposit..Please help me. just give me a card .i send a photo.

              Not getting signal it show 200 signal problem the cannel are not streaming properly star plus colors channel are of poor quality showing signal please fix my problem as soon as possible

                We are subscribed to siti cable in our area as there is no option also. Our cable operator collects payment much in advance from us as well as from our neighbors and other local subscribers. To the shock and surprise to one and all, our tv connection gets disconnected showing non-payment, as the reason. When we contact the concerned person he says you would get tomorrow, same reply next day and after that he does not respond to our calls. When contacted in person, he says some signal problem or technical problem is there and company is attending to it, after 3 or 5 days we get it without any guarantee on uninterrupted service. This is our monthly experience since we have subscribed as per new trai guidelines.

                he also does not provide all the channels in the subscribed package. For getting additional pay channels also he does not respond to our requests
                I have siti cable and wifi connection in a month 15 days my wifi doesn't have any network and it hampers very much when we call at the office they make silly excuses that work is going on and tv channels are not available. We have to continuously run to the office for complaining. We are facing a lot of trouble and its happening every month.

                  Today my siticable connection is off without give any singal information
                  But i already paid charges of this month
                  On this date 9 oct 2019. And my lco
                  Told me i gave you the slip of after some time. But his not came to give the
                  Slip. Today i contact my lco and give him the information about my siti cable
                  Connectionto. He makes many the exuses.
                  1st = company employes go to the luch
                  After some time he re, on your
                  Connectin.
                  My calling time is 10:30 am

                  2nd = and his exuse company refresh
                  The other lco are waiting for refresh there set top box. And iam not single person. Waiting for that

                  Sir iam very very dissappointed

                    From 8 october 2019 cable signal is not coming and we continuesly follow up with cable operator as well as as siti cable customer care. But none of them gave us satisfactory result even cable operater switch off his mobile after my 1 call.. From last 2 weeks and till time signal is not coming after lots of request and communication. Due to interruption in cable connection my family members and kids facing uncomfortable very badly. Siti cable card number[protected] complaint register on[protected] now look in to the matter asap and impose some heavy financial penality so that they come to know how we feel when they charges us for late fees and cut the connection even just 1 day delay in payment and here we suffer from two weeks and no 1 can bother.

                    When I switch my setup box, volume is automatically reaches 25 points(Maximum 30 point) and remote not works few seconds.
                    I irretet and my baby also and cry loudly.
                    This is very harrassment moment because I have no control in my hand because remote is not working that time.Company saw me unwanted chennels R Bharat and naptol in very loud volume.

                      We are paying money on time and i rarely get to see my cable work properly. It often shows 150: service interruption, i have complained about this to our cable operator but the problem is unresolved due to his negligence. I am facing this problem from nearly more than 1 year. Even the company is not responding properly on my problem. I request you kindly to take some action on these cable operators who are taking lots of money and not providing proper cable service.

                          I cannot able to get any signal within 2 to 3 days since I pay all the paid channel at a time even include GST tax so help me to provide my all channels and call to [protected] to get the setup box details which r protected within me. Now, tell me the procedure to make it correctly or can send any cable operator to my home to provide the home services and repair the setup box..

                            i am using SITI Cable from past 2 months.its not working daily. so i daily calling to our LOCAL cable operator .he is not responding.
                            What to do ?
                            1)Not providing bill receipt also even though i asked.

                            2)Transfer charge charged as 200 from hathway to SITI CABLE but bill not given to me.
                            3)not responding even though i called so many times and also given screen shots in watsUP.

                              Dear sir, i am facing a lot of problem from the local cable operator. Now this month i am facing the problem that i have no channels of nick (Channel no. 444). I only paying the cable only for my kids to entertain them, but suffering this i always call to him when my connection is close due to non payment by local cable operator to siti cable. I already told that they can take me advance for a month/or a year as they can suitable it., but after that their behavior is so irritating, and they said this is only in siti cable hand not them. They are taking every month 130+18 % gst only for service. Than why we give money to them, if they can not serve us better. Please resolve my as as soon possible, other wise i have to take a legal action to siti cable or its local cable operator.

                                I went to submit my digital hd setup box where i was transferring from this place to rural place and what they are saying is i want to visit to sitinetwork when ever the other rural setup box comes to mutual exchange and this is the very bad procedure and was very much abused by the vulgour staff members and my setup box was not taken by the staff members and are bribing lot of money from me

                                  I am from Hyderabad consumer of Siti cable network, since last 3 months I launched complained against my area siti cable operator as he was denied to recharge selected channels, but no action taken in this regards by siti cable. My cable cable operator not only denied but also not responding any call, regarding recharge selected channelsIf we contact our cable operator he says iam helpless if we contact techinician are serive provider the only ans since 30days is we have raised your complaint and will be resolved within 48hrs are 24hrs.in a month minimum seven days there will be no connectivity. Very very poor maintence. Iam fed of calling your service center.

                                    I am using a broadband connection which has been provided why my local cable operator but from the past 3 months its hardly working i recharge n it hardly work for 10 days in a month n if i call him for the service he doesn't even respond thus i want a noc from my operator so that i could shift to another operator an without noc they will not entertain because they said if you will bring noc i will provide you the connection so i really need an noc from my operator

And also the cable operator didn't resolve the problem. While recharge the connection the operator said that signal will start after 2 days.

                                      As per trai guidelines customers are allowed to change the channels which they want and pay for only those channels. A cable operator is collecting the money every month. I am not able to access the list of channels or manage package online. Their site displays the message as follows.

                                      Dear customer, for payment or to modify (Add/delete) your existing package, kindly contact your local cable operator. To view the channels availability in your area, kindly visit below url -

                                      I would want to know the reason why the operator is allowing us to recharge online. There are many free channels for which we don't even need to pay, but because of the bad service we are not able to take full benefit of the channels. I would want siti cable to rectify their mistakes and give us an option to recharge online. I don't care what issues the siti cable is facing. I just want the ease of access and modify the list of channels when and where i want. I don't want to wait for someone to do it for me.

                                        We have a connectivity problem since 30th August 19.We have informed to our local cable office on 30th August 19.But till 4.9.19 no action has been taken by the service provider.Their service is very bad.So we are thinking to leave cable connection.we have 2 cable connection.Our cable error code is 200.We request you to take a very stick action against out complain and to solve our problem...
