Hi sir the siticable andhra region are not providing online payment methods and selection of packs.we are facing problems with lcos.please take an action to make them to introduce online payment and selection of packs as early as possible.

      I have complained many times with complaint number complaint stb no. Is card no. [protected] with complaint no.6014291.

      Also i have made complaint with complaint no. 6048515.

      I have clearly told the customer care employees that the cable operator is subscribing and unscribing on his own without informing us. Sometimes the cartoon channls does not get subscribed and it shows 120 and sometimes on english movies it shows 120. I have never told cable operator to remove these channels. Cable operators behaviour is very rude.
      He behaves like he is the owner of the siti cable.

      I am fed up of this as customer care employees always tells me to talk to cable operator only as they cannot change the status from their end.
      Request to please help.

      I recharged online in april but online not working and it could not be activated fron LCO. Card no [protected]-4. I asked to activate it but it seems technical error.

        Yesterday on 19.08.19 i went to my cable operator (Biltu cable vision) office in narayanpur post office more, kankinara, p. O - narayanpur, dist - 24 pgs (N), pin - 743126. They demand me extra rs 30 charges on my dth recharge, when i am denied and show any circular, they not able to show me any paper. As per the trai rules it is my full right to choose my own choice and pay actual price as per trai. So requested to you please look into my matter and solve it as early as possible.

          It is a good sign that online payment of siti cable channel has been arranged but procedure of selection of siti cable channel is not satisfactory which are stated below:-
          When i click on manage packages details i. E. 1. Dpo package 2. Broadcaster & 3. Alacarte, it is seen t that in dpo package, there is no "fta bengali package" in siti suggestive pack and just after that siti family pack starting rs 233.05, 152.53 etc. Are seen. It is also seen that under alacarte where there is no individual channel such as starjalsha bangla, zee bangla & many others for channel selection for which it is very difficult to select/choice favorite channel and to make payment online.

          So it is being intimated to the siti cable authority to make an arrangement in respect of channel choice of every general customer as per guideline of trai.

I did from the net banking to recharge money Rs 2000 and it did not reach to the dealer account, instead it went to siticables[protected] from netbanking. so please rectify the amount 2000 rupees to the dealer account 34487 Mr. Michael.

            No services even after 4days since i paid the subscription fee on 11th august.
            Even the free channels are not playing for poor signal.
            Raised the online complaint 4th time to customer care today. But i got nothing other than false promises.
            The screen either displays the errors (120, 150 and 200) or the screen is stuck with unclear picture.
            . Why the 24 hours commitment is no binding on them.

              Sir this is p jaya nagendra babu, facing lot of problem in connection, sir I paid online bill upto April 2019, later from June online payment is not possible, so at that time I went to local operator office, they asked me to pay online bill again to them, at that time I mail to you, you rectified on July 5 2019, cable is coming from July 6th 2019, and again stopped on 6/8/2019, again I went to Patamata office to pay bill of July & August bill (prepaid), Again they are arguing to pay January to August bill, then only we recharge, sir We are Siticable costumer since 20yrs back, now we are suffering a lot, cable connection not came on June, may also, local operator demanding me pay those two months also, Sir I got cable from 6/7/19 and stopped on 5/8/19, today is on 13/8/19 I went to local cable office located at Patamata, They are arguing to pay 5months, sir I request you to please rectify my problem,

                  Paid subscription amount yesterday (11.08.19) even raised complaint yesterday itself regarding the error 120 and services not started. It was conveyed to me that with 24 hrs my complaint will be resolved.
                  But when i again called up, again they told me that my complaint will be resolved in next 24 hrs..
                  How many 24 hrs do they need to start my services.
                  If this continues will they refund my subscription amount back or continue like that. Eating up customers money without offering services.

                      I had already complaint to consumer forum and ministry of information and broadcasting and my issue isn't resolved.

                      I personally mailed to siti cable digital tv many times and also submit complaint in their website directly, but i failed to get any solution. I had submitted my choice of channel as available in their official website on 28th march 2019, but till date i dont get resubscription in both the tv. Except by paying the tax of rs180 in vc no: [protected] for the free channels only. Whereas, airtel and tata sky is providing free channels in rs.155 to 160 only.

                      Their local cable operator is not providing the facility to customers to select channel as per choice. They only provide some customised packages of channels to customers which are costlier and with less viewable channels. Its a violation of new trai rule and also the violation of consumer right to choose.

                      Hence, i bound to approach consumer forum and i have submitted a grievance on 9th may 2019 for not providing subscription with my choice of channel as advertised in siti cable tv official website. My complaint docket number in consumer forum is 1307357.
                      I also informed siti cable about the grievance by mail mentioning all details and complaint docket number, but even after 15 days of complaining, they are not interested to resolve my issue. I mailed them many times and since march i am unable to get subscription in both tv with my choice of channels.

                      My choice of channel is as follows:

                          As per trai guidlines customers are allowed to change the channels which they want and pay for only those channels. So i wanted to change just 2 channels of mine from the package that i selected but the cable operator refused to do that and he is forcing us to take his own package. Their my siti app does not allow us to change the channels because u have illegaly blocked that in you app. This is illegal and unlawful. So tell dier cable operator to cooperate with me and help me in changing the 2 channels that i want.
                          I wud complain to higher govt aurhorities regarding the same.

My cable connection is super satellite network pvt ltd sodepur super market, shop number 215. My cable operator collects subscription in advance but doesn't recharge it in due time from his portal.in the month of june he had collected subscription on 06/06/2019 but he recharged it on 28/06/2019.in the month of july he collected subscription on 12/07/2019 but didn't recharge it within 30/07/2019 which he should have done sincerely. As a result there had been a deactivation for half an hour which is very disappointing & annoying. This kind of interaption of the service isn't acceptable at any cost whether payment status as per subscription card given by the cable operator is up to the mark & his signature is on the card is present there. I am requesting you to give a serious eye over this matter to avoid unnecessary disputes. I hope the matter will be duely sorted out. Thanking you.

                              I stay in sector 9 faridabad haryana.
                              My total package price for the channels i have selected is rs 260 which i paid in advance.
                              Now when i see my account details on their my siti app it is wrongly showing a balance of rs 447 in my account. I want this balance to be removed from my account. This is cheating from siti cable

                                We had paid monthly rental already four days back but the service which was disconnected four days back for unknown reason is still not working. Until now we never missed payments. Numerous calls has been made but no positive response. Do not understand why they are not providing proper services.

                                Local cable operator is useless and no response. We live in place called vizianagaram, andhrapradesh and my contact number is [protected].

                                My cable operator, Siticable, is not allowing subscribers to select free-to-air channels. They are also still offering pre-selected packages and insisting that subscribers should accept them.
                                Even though they have an app for customers to make their own packages, the app rarely opens and only gives error messages.

                                    Charging extra amount ₹20 every month other than actual package amount.NO BILL PAPER is being provided by them even when I asked for a bill paper and RUDE AND VERY BAD behavior by the siti cable operator in kaikalur siti cable.I have lodged complaint against them in their(siti cable) website but the problems mentioned above are continuing.The screenshot of their answer is uploaded.

                                      Total wrost service by siti cable also his lco misbehaving with us
                                      I say to refund two no of stb but he rejected to refund
                                      His service shut off in 15 days in a month
                                      No one take connection
                                      Please refund my both stb
                                      In a month maximum time we got 200 error
                                      On my tv screen
                                      If i coll maximum number then he pick up coll and say it done tomorrow
                                      I was totally frustrated
                                      Also misbehaving on coll
                                      I request you to please refund both two no of stb.

                                      I also coll to siti cable costmer care but he give date of 24 and 48 hour also after completed this time he again give time 24 and 48 hour but problems not solved

                                      Today I coll from siti cable costmer care and he say that you buy STB from LCO then contact LCO
                                      When I say that he is not responding then he he was unable if LCO not listen your words
                                      I can't do anything when LCO not responding you.
                                      Any one give suggestions what I do??

                                      Till now no one refund my STB and give wrong information to Grivence team
                                      If company provided wrong information then what I do
                                      I have coll from SITI Network but no one refund my STB and give wrong information to Grivence department that issue resolved
                                      I attached a picture where you see that I sent pictures to mr Uttam but till now not refunded . my STB please take necessary action regarding this

                                      His Employees tell me that he refunded both STB but no one come to take it..
                                      Or no information given by his LCO or his team
