Sir maine dtd. 03.03.2019 ko march-2019 ke liye siti app ke through package channel select karke free channels and 20 paid channels ke liye online payment rs. 350.81/-ki thi.
Lekin payment kerne ke baad bhi dtd. 03/3/2019 se 11/3/2019 tak hamara cable bund raha tha.
Bahut complaint kerne ke baad dtd. 12/3/2019 ko channel activate kiye the. (Copy enclosed).
Lekin aaj dtd.04/04/2019 ko cable phir se bund ker diya he. Jabki hamara package 12/4/2019 tak he (Copy enclosed). Local cable operator se kei baar complaint ki he lekin siti cable ko online payment hone ke karan vo hamari complaint nahi le raha he.
Tv screen par 150:service interruption show ker raha he jiski photo aapki jankari ke liye attached ker dee he. Siti customer care par bhi aaj complaint dee he lekin abhi tak cable start nahi hua he.
Maine jo channel select kiye the uski online payment receipt bhi attach kr di hai. Please take action immediately

Grievance updated details : he said he was recharge his above dth connection 03.03.2019 and the company was activate the account on 12.03.2019 and valid till 12.04.2019 and he said now his connection was deactivate on 04.04.2019 by the company due to validity issue/ non recharge. He contact to the company but they not give any satisfactory response.
