Siti Cable — unauthorized card 140 still not activated after taking set top box to the local operator it's still not activated

I have been facing cable issue from 31st october from siti digital network and there is no response from the side of cable operators highly irresponsible. Daily i need to call and inform on the helpline number to customer care. I want my problem to be solved as quickly as possible already i waited long. If they can't resolve this problem simply refund my money. The following are my details.

Sir/mam my card number :- [protected]-9 i have a problem in my setup box if I put some channels it shows 130: Card Mismatch - contact you're cable operator! How can I resolve this problem.

Please call me i am purchasing a new STB few months before but right now on display show software udating and netwkrk eroor so please help me [protected] raju

From last 3-4 months the cable is not working from 11 pm onwards..complaints is being made but with no help provided by the operator not by the siti cable office staff. They have also stopped picking up the phone.
Please resolve else no option but to go to consumer Forum.
