Skechers India — Skechers not picking up shoes after confirmation of return

I had purchased shoes vide order number SOP00584941 Rs.3, 499/- on 03/12/2025. It was delivered on 6.12.25 and I raised a return request on 7.12.2025. They create a return order on 7.12.2025. The courier did not collect the shoes on 8.12.25 as they needed to verify a 16-digit code which was not put on the package for returning the shoes. The shoe box and outer packaging have been kept intact as received. We are not aware of this requirement and nowhere it is mentioned on the email or the invoice. How is the customer supposed to be aware of something that is not there and the courier is refusing to pick up. I have written several emails at customercare.[protected]@skechers.com and called on[protected] &[protected] which are the contact details provided on their website. Since they are not responding on email or phone I require to raise this complaint and need your help to resolve the matter. Thank you
