Hi maam/ sir,
I have requested earlier about course cancelation in skill lync, skill lync responded that there is no cancelation.
I have clearly explained my family situation and about my financial situation to skill lync via mail i .e grievance.[protected]@skill-lync.com and on phone also.
After hearing my situation they said, sorry for my situation and straight there is no such case as cancelation.
Instead they are suggesting me to continue the course.
I lost my mother when I have joined in this course. There is no source of income.
I have to look after my family.
So please pardon me for joining skill lync and cancel my course.
I'm getting continuous calls from eduvanz.
