Im VIGNESH i had taken a course on skill lync institute located in BAID Hi-Tech Park 129B, 2nd & 3rd Floor, Valmiki Nagar, East Coast Road, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai - 60004 allegedly asked me to take the IT course and asked me to take the loan of RS.170000 on MAY 2022 and arranged loan company Eduvance finance ltd. I paid 3 due correctly and completed 2 courses. I asked for schedule interview but they not responded properly. I stopped paying dues after 3 months they continuously harassing me to pay the dues. but i asked several times to cancel the course and loan provided by eduvance finance limited . but they daily called me to pay the loan and finally sent me a notice through courier to meet in Mumbai court today. so kindly help me to get out this trap and cancel the loan.
