[Resolved] Skoda Auto India (p) Ltd — Non-reliable Car and poor and expensive service | |||
I own a Skoda Superb which has driven around 40, 000 kms. Last month the car was sent to resolve a air conditioning issue to Nawab Motors in NOIDA. They took three days to diagnose the problem and another 4 days to rectify. Bill was Rs.52000/- for changing coil and gas and some other parts. After another 15 days, similar problem was encountered with air conditioning. Again it was sent to Nawab Motors. They took two days to identify the problem. Suggested change of compressor with an estimated cost of Rs. 70000/-. My concern is : Is the company selling such expensive cars designed with critical parts not lasting even one lac kms. Never heard of ac compressor change even in low priced cars at such low mileage. Secondly, are the service stations not equipped with adequate technical resource to identify and resolve problem in totality or this is their profit making strategy. Thirdly, the customer care of Company is non-responsive. Inspite of writing to them, there has been no effort to resolve the issue. I would never recommend anyone to buy a product of such insensitive company. Was this information helpful? | |||
