This is with reference to my previous emails to your company regarding issues with my AC and that too post an accident caused by Steller Skoda person. I have tried my best to establish that due to accident in my car the radiator & other accessories got affected & got spoilt. However after a lot of resistance we had to succumb to the pressure from Skoda that it’s a fault in car & I had to accept the cost (Rs.68000) which I have just incurred on 9th July 2022 and received back the car on that day after depositing my car on 17th June 2022 (attached is my service request in MySkoda app).
After driving only 2 hours on 9th July 2022, I have seen that the AC was not working and I have made the complaint on the same day (email attached) stating the same issue for which I had requested on 17th June 2022. Now, I got totally surprised when Skoda service Centre has sent another estimate of 91000/- today asking for my acceptance on that.
I am feeling cheated totally & object to this kind of demand from a company like Skoda / Volkswagen.
I just want to know from your side if I can expect any resolution towards it as I am being harassed since that accident caused by Skoda service Centre. Else I won’t have any option but to lodge an official complaint in consumer court.
