Skoda India — clutch failure issue: poor service and lack of response

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the service provided by Skoda, particularly concerning the undetected clutch issue despite regular maintenance and a recent annual check-up. My car, which is just 14 months old, experienced a sudden breakdown on date [26/12/2024], causing significant inconvenience and distress while traveling in a remote area.

Despite multiple service visits in month November, the problem went unnoticed, reflecting a lack of diligence in inspections. Moreover, after multiple emails to your customer service and officials, I have received no prompt response or assurance regarding my concerns about clutch failure and service issues your representative’s delayed response and the failure to provide a spare car have left me deeply disappointed.

I request immediate action to address this matter, including better inspection protocols and resolution for the undue inconvenience caused.
