Skoda India — Clutch plate Issue in Kushaq 1.0 ambition

I had bought the Skoda Kushaq 1.0 ambition on sept 2023 since than I had driven it 16500 km . But suddenly on dated 1st Dec-2024 my car stopped moving forward in between running road.
It is surprising to hear from Skoda professionals about this fault due to my driving conditions and bear the repair and replacement cost. Why should customer bear the cost of faulty design of company.

Pl.be noted that I have been driving the car since 2007 and earlier I had driven Hyundai Verna since 13years regularly and its clutch was replaced after 106000km.

It is seriously a manufacturing issue with Kushaq as lot of complaint are coming for the same issue and Skoda should rethink/review about their design and do necessary modification in already manufactured vehicle to avoid loss of their credibility in India
