I have pre booked Skoda Slavia on 4th December 2021.

I have made online payment for Rs 11, 000/- kindly refer trail mail for the acknowledgment

While booking I choose Gurudev Motors Teynampet Chennai as my dealer.

I have been take tide by the dealer for allotting a vehicle for me till may end

Since I am clueless on my vehicle delivery I have requested the dealer to cancel my booking and refund my payment 11, 000/-

After almost 20 days follow up today I got Rs 10740/-

as my refund amount

When I enquired for balance Rs 260/- dealer has conveyed that they received only 10, 740/- from skoda out of my 11, 000/-

So please check and refund my pending Rs 240 on priority

The same concern has been raised to your customer care email and I got a reply mail saying my dealer will call and sort out the issue

I got a call from dealer but I didn’t get my balance amount.

I have wrote back to your customer care and escalated my concern but there was no response from your customer care

This is how a customer will be treated ? Can you please share me the mail id of next level concern authority who will take this feed back seriously and refund my balance amount

    I purchased a new Skoda Rapid Ambition TSI in Sep'21. In less than 3 months, I faced an issue of the battery having drained out and hence I was not able to start the vehicle. I had to call roadside assistance and had to get the car towed to the service centre at Stellar Skoda, Surat. This repeated again and this time the battery was replaced.

    I got my car relocated back to Bangalore in Apr'22 and the issue recurred for the 3rd time. This time, TafeAccess Skoda inspected the vehicle and sent it back claiming that the issue is resolved. However, the issue was not resolved and recurred for a 4th time in about a month - I was out of town for 9 days and again the batter was drained out.

    This time, I was made to speak to the GM - Shashikant who was on call conference with our service provider AVIS (Mr. Sachin Nagar) and he said that it is normal for Skoda cars to drain if not attended for 7-10 days. However, when asked to send a mail to confirm this - he cleverly wrote that I should the vehicle back if the problem persists.

    Clearly Skoda has provided me a defective car and the service centres are not able to fix the issue.

    I demand a replacement of the vehicle.

      Hi I am Skoda Rapid user (Victim) facing Injector fault where my car is not even completed 40K Kilometre and facing the injector fault. Where Skoda in not accepting their fault for using using such bad quality injector and blaming on other like fuel adulteration (LOL after spending 13L on Skoda Rapid, do they think I will fill Diesel in cheap petrol pump). I am regularly using HP Petrol Pump for my car fuel. I demand Skoda to take the corrective action ASAP on this.

        Dear sir,
        I wanted to let you know that, i have booked kushaq 1.0 monte carlo on 13 th of may at Singhania skoda ranchi through sales executive mr nitesh kr. He had given me the offer for four years SMP free on ex showroom price after that i booked it. After my finance has completed he was like we won’t be able to offer what we dealt before then i spoke to the manager he told me that i will get the smp for free because he has committed. Even mr nitesh has dis conveyed many things with lie and he was keep telling sir we will give you the offer what we dealt. When i came for delivery on 7 th of june he told me that we have already applied for smp and you will get the certificate within 3 working days. Again I doubted on him and I refused to accept the car delivery but he was begging me again and again and telling that he already applied for smp and i will deliver your certificate by his own. After his so much effort I accepted the delivery and was waiting for certificate but i did not get yet. Then on 15 th I visited showroom and I spoke to manager agai he told me that you don’t worry sir you will get the smp as he committed just wait and let that executive come to showroom. I waited there till evening that guy came and started begging me sir i cant give you smp at least you give half the amount then i will manage, again he cheated me after that I left the showroom.
        Now you tell this is totally fraud case, how a person can cheat us like that. This is so pathetic experience i have with skoda so far.
        Kindly look into it and resolve the issue so that i can get whatever he dealt with me.

            I had booked a Skoda Kushak Monte Carlo 1.0 on 13th June-2022 and made the payment on 14th June-2022. The delivery was expected on 14th June-2022 at my place-Belgaum at the Skoda showroom.
            THE VEHICLE HAD TO BE TRANSPORTED FROM HUBLI DEALER TO BELGAUM SHOWROOM AS PROMISED BY THE SALES MANAGER.
            BUT ON THE DELIVERY DAY THE CAR WAS DRIVEN FROM HUBLI TO BELGAUM BY THE SALES MANAGER AND HIS DRIVER AND DELIVERED INSTEAD OF TRANSPORTING IT .
            This was found out by the data provided by the Skoda app which I installed after the delivery. I do not want my brand new car to be driven 100 kms by someone else before the delivery.
            I want the Company to either refund my payment and take the car back or replace the car with a New one.
            I have attached the screenshot of the App data which clearly shows the Trip details and driving statistics.
            Kindly look into this matter urgently

              To begin with I had booked a Salvia style 1.0 on 07-May-22 and my choice of colour I had requested was red. At the time of booking the car ex showroom price was 13.99lacs and had features like - subwoofer, wireless charger, 10inch screen.Now today I get a confirmation from my dealer that I will not be getting the above said features and also the ex showroom cost has also increased by 40k.

              Do you think customers are a joke.? U removing all the above mentioned features and in turn giving a SMP worth 25k to compensate for the above removal of features and a price increase of 40k. And making a statement in media as we are doing it to deliver cars on time…! I’m not sure why as a customer I should be the looser when I had my funding ready by 12-May-22.

              Why don’t you compensate the customer with a better offer rather than increasing the ex showroom price.

              This seems really unfair and doesn’t look good on a brand like SKODA

              WAITING FOR A REPLY, basis which I need to decide on cancellation of my booking or to whether go ahead..!

                Hi Team,

                I have booked the Skoda Slavia Style AT(Candy White) on April 6, 2022 via Skoda's Showroom, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Paid booking amount of 25k.

                After the booking, they are given assurance for delivery on May End.

                Since then, Am not getting any proper response from the dealer or from Skoda India. I tried to call back and discussed the situation with the person from Skoda's customer care.

                Am waiting for the delivery. Kindly assist me to join the Skoda family.

                  Hi Skoda, I have Skoda rapid 2019 model. Last month we had accident. And my car is now is Skoda service center near kuddlu gate, electronic city bangalore. N9w they are asking for parking charges per day-500 and estimation charges 18 k. How can they ask for estimation charges.is there any rule/ write in paper. They are harassing us . Skoda service in india is too bad. They are estimated 8 lacs. My car value is 8 lacs. On which basis they are estimating. They are not helping us.

                    The dicky of this car was found defective since very first day .It's lock system is defective and we are not able to shut it
                    Informed many times to dealer/sales personnel at Mandi Himachal Pradesh but no response
                    Please get it done on priority
                    I am not able to do my daily business which is causing a loss to me

                      My multiple calls and emails to SKODA customer care team and their zonal managers have been a waste of time . SKODA APP is showing incorrect address and i have been following up with cutsomer care + zonal personnel since 18th April but there is no concrete response or resolution. Have also DM'ed the National head but no respite .. just for a simple issue this is taking so much time and none of them are intrested in taking ownership or accountablity in resolving this . Today i spoke to some zonal manager named Ankita with whom i have been following up ; the lady had zero courtesy and was very very rude ! Please help resolve this pending issue which is ongoing since 1.5 months

                        Madam/ Dear Sir
                        My self Sharonvas KS, working in Government of India Enterprise for the last four years in Hyderabad. I was looking for an AT SUV below 15 lakhs for the last three weeks.
                        On 26th March 2022, after noticing a discount offer from one of your dealers in Hyderabad, Mahavir Skoda Somajiguda Branch, I contacted the sales person in the showroom and visited the showroom on the same day. The sales person promised me of delivering the vehicle before 31st March 2022 with a good discount of ₹ 1, 65, 000 including corporate offer. On the same line dealer gave me Pro-forma invoice of Skoda Kushaq Ambition AT 1.0 TSI quoted an amount of ₹ 15, 98, 745 duly signed by the authorised person. In this regard, I paid an amount of ₹ 1, 00, 000/- as booking and down payment on 26th March 2022.
                        Since the dealer was pushing for the immediate delivery of the car, I am advised to complete the sanctioning of loan from SBI within one day and I signed agreement on 28th March 2022 itself. I had spent a substantial amount of time in spite of my professional engagements.
                        But after the signing of the agreement, your dealer has shown me the real colours and told me that they cannot deliver the vehicle as promised since they have not received the approval from Skoda India. Whereas, my concern is that, how the dealer could give the promise without approval from the parent organization. I feel it’s a kind o[censored]nfair trade practices as per the Section 2(47) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. I felt being deceived. Then again I called the sales person and informed that I am okay with the delay in delivery.
                        Now, the dealer is also denying me the offered discount. This cannot be accepted as customer from an authorised dealer. I cannot bear the cost for a mistake done by the dealer and I believe that the compensation should be paid by the dealer for their mistake. I also raised a complaint in this regard in your customer care on 05th March 2022. I request you to enquire on the issue and fulfil the promise as offered being an esteemed organization.
                        The invoice and payment receipt is annexed for your perusal. The chat history can be submitted whenever required on demand.
                        I hope I will get fair resolution on the issue.

                          Rattling sound on doors and poor customer services

                          My name is Fayaroos MT and I had purchased Skoda Kushaq from your showroom on 14 March, 2022. It's not even been a month since I bought it and I'm already having issues with the car. There's a rattling noise on the doors of the car while traveling on narrow roads. I had gone to the showroom with the complaint to have it checked and the staff suggested to have a sticker planted on the doors so as to eliminate the issue and that this issue...

                          I’m Jerry, I own a Octavia 2013 Elegance 2.0 TDI version! I got my car serviced at Gurudev Skoda Chennai Ambattur locality regarding Airbag campaign! Being informed by my service advisor Mr Robert Paul regarding this airbag unit should be changed completely i got it fixed in skoda Chennai Ambattur! The very fine day in the evening they delivered the car, while returning home from skoda I get a new problem where my steering exclamation mark symbol is on the speedo dash !
                          Asking the skoda guys to do so the next day to erase and update the software bug issue, they refused to do so, Gurudev Skoda Chennai Ambattur asks me to replace the full steering box system which roughly costs 1.5 lakhs. After the campaign I’m facing this issue. I hereby ask Skoda India to look forward to this serious issue I’m facing and pls do the needful to support me. Pls Find the attached files below and help me resolve this issue. My car is well maintained and have all clean company records after the campaign I’m facing this problem.Thank You.

                              I want to bring upto your knowledge my first ever experience with Skoda India. As claimed by you the trusted brand in India but for me it is the most untrustworthy experience. On 1st of February 2022, I took test drive of skoda kushaq from dehradun dealer, and the employee Mrs Akansha Bhatia was very keen to collect booking amount from me. I very clearly told that I have already booked VW Taigun but it is not delivering to me on Feb14, 2022. Then how were they would be able to deliver me the car on Feb 14 2022. But the employee was so keen to collect the booking amount from me that she said the car would be available in dehradun by 14 Feb, 2022 and if in case I am not interested to purchase the car, then also the amount is fully refundable. So I booked the car on the assurance that employee gave me.
                              The dealer kept me saying till 12th feb that i will surely get the car by 14th Feb. But entire promise was fake. They were knowing the exact position but they fooled me upto Feb 12. Finally on 15th February I claimed for my refund, but they kept me waiting till 9th March 2022 giving me number of reasons. And on 9th March, they issue me a cheque of Rs 22000 only against the mutual agreement between us.
                              I then made a complaint to Skoda India but till date no resolution is provided. In between I personally met Mr Manoj Sharma (sales head) on 24th of march 2022who accepted that its our employee mistake but amount can't be refunded. I have been telling him what my mistake or any customers mistake if you are clearly telling that the amount is fully refundable and then deducting Rs 3000. I told that I have the proofs in the form of messages exchanged with Mrs Bhatia and will escalate the issue further, The gentlemen then unprofessional replied and said "karlo aapko jo karna hai".
                              Today on 26th February 2022, when I again called the CRM Mrs Tanuja and sales executive Mrs Akansha Bhatia and also Sales Head Mr Manoj Sharma, they are excepting that it's a mistake on the part of Mrs Akansha Bhatia but money can't be refunded.

                              Sir, now I would like to ask what's my mistake in all this.

                              I have been asking for my money since Feb 15 2022, and they are continuously assuring that they are working on it but they deposited Rs22000 cheque in my account as per the conversation with Mrs Bhatia.

                              Why is Skoda Dehradun providing service like this.

                              This is extremely unprofessional, untrustworthy and a kind of mental harassment for getting our hard earned money back.

                              And even after escalating the issue to the SkodaIndia, the staff is least considered regarding the issue.

                              I have tried to explain everything possible in this message.
                              I request you to look into this matter seriously and give me the solution.

                                The wanted to buy Skoda Slavia and dial to the Skoda mullick bazaar, the sales consultant doesn't show any interest on my queries. I called few times and in some of the times they simply disconnected the call. I am extremely unhappy with sales person at Skoda.
                                Please look into the matter and help me buy Skoda Slavia else unwantedly I need to move to some other car. As there is only few Skoda Showrooms in my state and the nearest one is Kolkata Global Skoda showroom but they respond so rudely.

                                  I want to bring upto your knowledge my first ever experience with Skoda India. As claimed by you the trusted brand in India but for me it is the most untrustworthy experience. On 1st of February 2022, I took test drive of skoda kushaq from dehradun dealer, and I booked the car on the assurance that car will be delivered to me on 14th of February 2022. The DDPM skoda assured me of delivery and took rs 25000 cheque for booking, on the condition that if car is not delivered or even i[censored] don't wanna purchase the car, your amount will be completely refundable. The dealer kept me saying till 12th feb that i will surely get the car by 14th Feb. But entire promise was fake. They were knowing the exact position but they fooled me upto Feb 12. Finally on 15th February I claimed for my refund, but they kept me waiting till 9th March 2022 giving me number of reasons. And on 9th March, they issue me a cheque of Rs 22000 only against the mutual agreement between us. This is extremely unprofessional, untrustworthy and a kind of mental harassment for getting our hard earned money back. I can easily post this on social media but I want a solution here. They kept me waiting for a cheque from 15th Feb to 9th March and then they are returning only Rs 22000. Now I want a complete refund of Rs 25000 together with the compensation of Rs 25000 only for the mental agony caused due to the delay in return and false commitment of staff.
                                  And even after escalating the issue to the SkodaIndia, the staff is least considered regarding the issue. After this the CRM called me once and took 2 days time to resolve, but after that they are not even responding the call from my number.
                                  Its around 7 days from the day I escalated the issue.
                                  I request you to look into this matter seriously and give me the solution.

                                  I made the above complaint before March 10, 2022, but no resolution is provided till date.

                                    first and the foremsot the car was purchased on 7th of October 21 and issues were started at that time.

                                    1. The car has door rattling issues which are not resolved till now such a useless car it is.

                                    2. Its been 7 months still the door rattling issue is there, company has no permanent solution for this.

                                    Fives the car beading is changed however some squeaky noise still comes in the cabin.
                                    3. Kushaq ambition model I, ve and speaker bass is totally zero after 24 points of volume.
                                    Even it was checked by one of the skoda technical person named as rohit from pune.

                                    4. My car vin number has come under the campign of skoda to change the rear bearings.
                                    Means car is not stable at all.
                                    Because of the bearings one of the car met with an accident due to which skoda started recalling.

                                    5. No testing is done on this car, customers are the one who are doing the testing of it and sending back vehicle to the workshop on daily basis. Poor plastic quality, door rattling issues in the car worth rs15lacs.

                                      I have purchased a Skoda Octavia Black in the year 2019. I want to make a note regarding the colour of my car.
                                      The car is Black in colour however, the paint has been taken off & the colour is now rusted & all fainted. It actually seems like a 10 yrs old car. I also raised this with the Stellar Skoda Ahmedabad but they were unable to do anything about it. Instead, the put some coating which further worsened the colour instead of any help.
                                      Skoda India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      No respond from a long time, no wonder Skoda India is the poorest rated service & quality.
