Skoda India — Dan car sold with incorrect invoice date without informing the customer

I have already raised a case with Skoda India, case ID 1062448

I bought skoda rapid Ambition 1.6mpi MT from Akoya skoda and took delivery on 11th Aug 2019.

Now I recently got to know that your system shows the registration invoice for 29th June 2019. There was a similar issue I reported when in the Past my car was showing under someone else’s name but it was corrected after it was raised.

I got to know that this car invoice was generated and later cancelled and delivered to me. I want to know that why I was not informed about this earlier. Secondly when I try to extend my warranty now, it will be extended till 29 June 2025 and not until 10th Aug 2025 which is 6 years from the date of actually delivery.

When discussed further recently, the salesman (ChandraMohan) accepted that they sold me a car for which the invoice was cancelled earlier. If you check the details in the system, you will have someone else's name and then the car transferred to my name later, which is not a right thing in spite of me being the first owner (RC attached for your reference). This is a clear case of fraud by the sales team and not acceptable as I am not getting any solution on this.

Please let me know if this needs to be escalated further but I would like to get this corrected in the systems and all the services and warranty of the car should be as per the date it was registered under my name and delivered.
