Skoda India — Extremely Poor Service Experience & Unresolved Vehicle Issues

I am filing this complaint against Akoya Skoda for severe deficiency in service, negligence, and complete lack of communication. After giving my car for service on 4th Feb 2026 and again visiting the service center on 6th March 2026, multiple issues with my vehicle remain unresolved. Despite assurances from service staff and escalations to Level 1 and Level 2 managers, I received no updates, no callbacks, and my messages were repeatedly ignored. Shockingly, I even received feedback calls for a “car delivery” that never happened. This ongoing unprofessional behavior has caused significant mental harassment, inconvenience, and loss of time. I request appropriate action, compensation, and directions to resolve the issues immediately.
