Skoda India — irresponsible behaviour of service engr

My fabia car rg. No. Mh14bk5684 given for some repairing work to 'akoya motors pvt. Ltd, baner pune - 45' on 02/11/19. There is no major repairing work, 4 days lapsed but yet vehicle not received back. No proper communication from service engrs. About vehicle repairing status. I need to contact him & they don't have any care to inform customer. For wheel bolt opening required special spanner not available in service station & they asking me about that spanner which they not found in my vehicle tool kit. But why they want spanner from my tool kit, it is their responsibility to keep all required tools in their stock not to ask customer.
