Hi Folks, I was facing an issue in my kushaq 1.5 style variant. The clutch when applied goes in all the way and does not recoil back like it does not come back to its original position. I thought this was because of my 3d mats. I gave my car for a scheduled service and raised a concern on this. Turns out this was a manufacturing defect where the gear box and the clutch gas box both are affected, the skoda team claimed that these parts need to be replaced. Now my car is idle in Kun Skoda perungudi service centre chennai for the past 1 week. Some parts are backordered from the Czech Republic. Am not sure what to do, the service centre did not provide me with a backup car, after constant follow ups I was assured that a car will be provided to me until my car is fixed.
My car is sitting idle in service centre for the past 7+ days and am concerned on constant follow ups from my end where in am being running around from person to person in Kun Skoda perungudi for updates. Can you please do the needful for speeding up the process and provide updates so that we know what the eta is.
