[Resolved] Skoda India — Manufacture failure

A sound was noted after 60000km service of SCODA RAPID vehicle by your dealer Marakar Motors in Trivandrum, Kerala. The same was reported to your service dealer. It was informed that it is because of Steering Rack Sound and it is a manufacture mechanism failure.
Although all reputed companies will rectify the manufacturing defects without any difficulty your dealer did not responded positively. As it may tarnish the reputation of your company if the matter is reported to other circles I hope that you will intervene and rectify the same at the earliest . Details of main office for reporting manufacture complaint may also be forwarded to bring the attention to manufacture.

Pl see that the registered complaint is attended with a week. Orelse whether I have to take up the matter legally to other forums. Expecting an expeditious response from your side
